We hear the deep anguish in your heart, sister, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of grace. Your marriage is under severe attack, and we recognize the urgency of this spiritual battle. First, we want to affirm that adultery is a grievous sin against God and against the covenant of marriage. The Bible is clear: "You shall not commit adultery" (Exodus 20:14 WEB), and Jesus Himself said, "But I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart" (Matthew 5:28 WEB). Your husband’s actions have broken the sacred bond of marriage, and we grieve with you over this betrayal.

Yet we also declare that God is a God of restoration, and His power can break every ungodly soul tie and stronghold. We take authority in the name of Jesus Christ over every unholy connection between your husband and these other women. The Word says, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me" (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We stand on this promise and command every evil influence to be severed in Jesus’ name.

We also rebuke the spirit of lust and infidelity that has taken hold of your husband. The Bible warns, "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB). We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict him deeply and lead him to true repentance, not just the deletion of images or messages, but a turning away from sin and a turning toward God and toward you, his wife.

Sister, we also want to gently but firmly encourage you to examine your own heart in this. While your husband’s sin is not your fault, we must ask: Are there areas where unforgiveness, bitterness, or unhealed wounds may be giving the enemy a foothold? The Bible says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB). We are not saying you have sinned in this, but we must guard our hearts, for "above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23 WEB).

We also encourage you to seek godly counsel, whether through your pastor, a trusted Christian marriage counselor, or a mature believer who can walk with you through this. The Bible says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established" (Proverbs 15:22 WEB). You do not have to walk this path alone.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this sister and her marriage. Lord, we declare that Your name is above every name, and at the name of Jesus, every knee must bow, including the spirits of lust, infidelity, and deception that have tried to destroy this marriage. We break every ungodly soul tie between this husband and any other woman in the mighty name of Jesus. We command every evil influence to leave him now, and we plead the blood of Jesus over his mind, heart, and body.

Father, we ask that You would bring deep conviction to this husband’s heart. Let him see the gravity of his sin and turn away from it completely. Soften his heart toward You and toward his wife. Restore the love, trust, and intimacy that the enemy has tried to steal. We declare that what the enemy meant for evil, You will turn for good (Genesis 50:20).

Lord, we also pray for this sister. Strengthen her in her faith, fill her with Your peace, and surround her with Your love. Help her to forgive as You have forgiven her, and give her wisdom in how to respond to this situation. Protect her heart from bitterness and despair, and let her hope be fully in You.

We declare that this marriage will be restored, not by human effort, but by Your power. We speak healing over every wound, renewal over every broken vow, and revival over every dead place in this relationship. May this marriage become a testimony to Your faithfulness and Your power to redeem.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved. Amen.

Sister, we encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises. He sees your pain, He hears your cries, and He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Stand firm in faith, and do not lose hope. The battle belongs to the Lord.

We hear the raw pain and desperation in your words, and we’re so sorry you are hurting like this. The shock and grief of betrayal can feel completely overwhelming, like everything inside you is shattering all at once. Please know you are not alone, and God sees every tear.

What you are describing is the deep wound of infidelity. The trauma is real, and the pleading for it all to end forever flows from a heart that wants nothing more than safety, truth, and the marriage you pledged to protect. It is right to cry out to God from that place. He is not distant from your anguish.

While we pray fervently with you, we also want to gently encourage you to reach out for support. Please consider speaking with a trusted pastor or a wise Christian counselor who understands marriage crisis and betrayal trauma. You need a safe, steady person to walk alongside you right now, someone who can help you navigate the days ahead, find clarity, and attend to your own emotional and spiritual well-being in the midst of this storm. You don’t have to shoulder this weight alone.

Let us pray together:

Lord Jesus, you see this wife’s broken heart. You know every hidden thing and every place where truth has been twisted or relationship boundaries crossed. We ask you, in your mercy, to expose anything that is done in darkness and bring it into your light. We pray for her husband, that his heart would be turned away from anything outside of your design for marriage, that he would be cut off from every sinful connection, and that he would be brought to genuine repentance. Please protect this woman’s dignity, calm her spirit, and give her wisdom for each next step. Surround her with safe, godly people who will care for her practically and spiritually. Hold her close when the pain makes no sense, and let her know she is deeply loved. Do what only you can do, Lord, we entrust this marriage and these two souls into your hands. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father God. Please Heavenly Father strengthen the love and bond in this marriage. Soften hearts and allow faithfulness and trust and honesty in the relationship. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

““But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Consider well, the prayer that is lifted up with such anguish may be answered, yet let us beware what we ask and how we receive it. You cry out for the utter severing of your husband’s sinful ties, for the purging of his phone and heart from every unclean thing. This is a right desire that the sin should end. But never forget, judgments may fall, and yet the heart remain hard. The plague may cease while the soul still rebels. The repentance that is born of terror, or of being caught, is not the repentance that giveth God the glory. It is a carnal thing, after the manner of the flesh, and it profiteth nothing for eternity. To be merely rid of the outward entanglement is not salvation. You must yearn for something deeper: that your husband be given repentance unto life, that heavenly gift which comes not by driving, but by the goodness of God drawing him.

True repentance and faith are inseparable; they enter the soul together. That grace makes a man loathe his sin, not merely fear the consequence, and causes him to look away from himself to Christ and to Christ alone. This is the work of the Holy Spirit, and it is this alone that can restore what the locust hath eaten. Pray, then, not only for the ending of the sin, but that God would grant him a broken and contrite spirit, a heart out of which all hypocrisy has gone. Pray that Jesus, who looked upon Peter and melted him into bitter yet saving sorrow, would cast that same glance upon your husband. The Lord’s look through the eyes of the gospel can flash light and life into the darkest soul, and restore the years of shame as though they had not been cast aside.

And what of your own soul in this furnace? Let the goodness of God lead you also to examine yourself. Pour out your heart before the Lord, who seeth all its hidden parts. The very trial that has driven you to your knees may be the means of binding you closer to Christ than ever before. Cast your burden upon Him, and trust that the Eternal Mercy which has no pleasure in the death of the wicked can yet cause the poor backslider to return and sing again with exceeding joy. But set your hope not on the mere deletion of photographs or the breaking of a soul-tie by word alone, but on that mighty grace which makes all things new. Pray that your husband’s repentance, if granted, be of that practical, lasting kind which yields works meet for repentance, and that your own faith fail not.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your grief is great, and the wound is deep, for your husband has turned aside to strange women and broken the covenant of God. But let not your soul be swallowed up by despair, nor your heart burn only for the ending of his sin as if by force. Rather, lift your eyes to the Judge of all, for the sin of adultery is not chiefly against you, but against Him who ordained marriage from the beginning. God avenges not the persons that are injured, but Himself; and He sees what is done in secret. Therefore, first, pour out your tears before the Lord, not with a spirit of bitterness that demands immediate vengeance, but with the plea that He would grant your husband repentance, that he might be delivered from the snare of the devil.

Do not imagine, however, that you can by your own schemes or by harsh demands sever the bond between him and those other women. Would you know what truly has power to win him back? It is not anger, nor constant reproaches, nor spying upon his phone. It is a gentle and quiet spirit, a pure and reverent life, which is of great price in the sight of God. If you seek to please him and draw him away from the pit, adorn yourself with modesty, with meekness, with a faithful and chaste conduct, so that, as the Apostle says, the unbelieving husband may be won without a word by the behavior of his wife. For even if he is enslaved by passion, your virtuous example may shame him into sobriety when God opens his eyes.

I do not say that his sin is small; it is a fire that consumes the soul. But remember what has been written: “Let the wife not depart from her husband; but if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled.” You have not been given authority to dissolve the marriage for every wound, but rather to stand firm, entreating the Lord. Do not, under the guise of piety or righteous anger, drive him further into ruin by casting him out, lest you become a partner in his destruction. Many, thinking they are doing something devout by separating from an adulterous spouse, have only multiplied transgression and given Satan an occasion.

Entreat the Lord to break every wicked tie, not by your command but by His grace. It is He who said, “Thou hast had five husbands, and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband.” There is nothing hidden from Him, and He can in a single moment quench unlawful desire and restore the marriage bed to honor. Therefore, let your prayers be continual, but let them be mixed with fasting and a humble heart, not with frantic and repeated words as though God did not hear. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and trust that He who is the Bread of life will sustain you whether in this sorrow or in the joy of restoration.

And if, in the end, your husband persists in his sin and refuses correction, commit yourself to Him who judges righteously. The day will come when all wickedness will be exposed, and there will be no more darkness. For there is a rest that awaits the faithful, where there is no pain, no sorrow, no treacherous lover, but only the light of Christ. Meanwhile, take heed to your own soul; do not repay evil for evil, nor let the poison of jealousy defile your prayers. Hold fast to that honor which is due in marriage, and let your life be a silent sermon to your husband. God is able to do far more than you ask: to delete not only images from a phone, but the very iniquity from a heart, and to make him a new man in Christ Jesus. Amen.

You are not alone in this anguish, and the urgency you feel does not escape the notice of the One who sees every hidden thing. The cry of your heart echoes the deep pain of a covenant broken, and God's own heart is grieved by such betrayal. Yet the way forward must begin not with the removal of images or messages, but with something far deeper: a true turning of the soul.

John the Baptist came preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins, and the people came confessing their sins openly. That same call to repentance did not end with John. Jesus repeated it, and even at the end of the first century He was still telling the church to repent. Repentance remains the only doorway out of the darkness of sin. Your husband needs more than a deleted photo gallery; he needs a heart that is broken before God, willing to confess and forsake what has defiled him. That is what you must pray for above all else, because changed behavior without a changed heart will not last.

When David fell into adultery with Bathsheba and then arranged Uriah's death, his prayer of confession was not ultimately against the people he hurt but against God Himself: "Against Thee, Thee only, have I sinned." That is the understanding your husband must come to. The offense is not merely against you, devastating though it is, but against the Lord who said, "You shall not commit adultery." A man who only regrets getting caught will cover his tracks. A man who truly repents will mourn that he has wounded the God who loves him.

That is why Jesus did not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance. He sat with publicans and sinners not to approve their sin but to heal it. He is the physician for those who know they are sick. Until your husband sees the sickness of his own soul, deleting files means nothing. But if God grants him that sorrow, the kind that leads to life, then genuine change becomes possible. Pray that his heart would be pierced, not just his conscience pricked by fear of consequences. And while you pray, guard your own heart from bitterness by making the Lord your center. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. Let Him be the axis your life revolves around, not the chaos of another's choices. Your peace does not depend on what your husband deletes; it depends on who sits on the throne of your own life.

There is hope because God does not desire that anyone should perish but that all should come to repentance. The heavens rejoice over one sinner who truly turns. The entire Passover, the broken bread, the hidden matzah, all pointed to a suffering Savior whose soul was made an offering for sin. He knows sorrow unto death. He knows betrayal. And He is able to bring forth life from a dead situation. Trust Him with the outcome. Press in with prayer, yes, but release the demands and deadlines. Fix your eyes on Jesus, who is mighty to save, and let Him carry the weight of this. He is able to restore, and He is able to sustain you in the waiting.
