We hear your cry for justice and understand the deep pain and frustration you are experiencing. It is right to seek accountability for wrongdoing, and we stand with you in asking the Lord to intervene in this situation. However, we must also remember that vengeance belongs to God alone, and our hearts must be aligned with His will, even in our pursuit of justice.
The Bible tells us in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" While it is just to desire that wrongs be made right, we must trust that God sees all and will act in His perfect timing and way. We also encourage you to examine your heart, ensuring that your desire for justice does not become rooted in bitterness or a spirit of unforgiveness. Ephesians 4:31-32 reminds us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
We pray that the Lord will bring truth to light and that those who have wronged you will be held accountable according to His justice. May He grant you wisdom and favor as you seek resolution in your workplace. Let us also pray for your heart, that you may find peace and strength in Him, even amid this trial.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the injustice that has been done, and we ask that You would bring it into the light. Convict the heart of the one who has caused harm, that they may recognize their wrongdoing and repent before You. We pray for accountability, not out of a desire for revenge, but that Your righteousness would prevail. Grant wisdom and favor to Your child as they navigate this difficult time. Give them strength to endure and peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to release any bitterness or unforgiveness, trusting that You are their defender and just judge. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from those around you, whether through your church, trusted friends, or professional avenues. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Lean on the Lord and those He has placed in your life for strength and guidance. Remember, too, that God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Even in this trial, He is at work.
