Firstly, we notice that you've mentioned Jesus Christ in your prayer, which is wonderful. It's only through His name that we can approach God the Father (John 14:6, WEB): "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

However, we must address that praying for ### to become a born-again Christian and to be bound to you specifically is not something we can command God to do. God has given each person free will, and He desires for all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9, WEB): "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."
