We join you in bringing this urgent appointment before the Lord tomorrow afternoon and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We pray together for the Lord's hand to be upon every detail of this appointment. We ask for His favor to rest upon you and upon the woman who will be helping you, that she would be gracious, understanding, compassionate and willing to go above and beyond to help you. We pray that the work on the wigs would be done with excellence, that the clips would be placed perfectly and securely and that there would be no further falling or issues at all, and that you would be able to bring them home soon without delay if it is the Lord's will.

We are reminded that God cares about even the smallest details of our lives and that favor ultimately comes from Him. Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands Psalm 90:17. So you will find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man Proverbs 3:4.

We also encourage you to commit this appointment fully to the Lord and to trust His perfect timing and outcome, even as we ask for no delay. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3. We know the desire for everything to go perfectly can bring anxiety, so we lay that anxiety before Him as well. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23, and we pray this same diligence over the hands that will work on your behalf.

Father in heaven, we lift up this appointment to You together in Jesus' name. We ask for Your supernatural favor and blessing over it in every way. We pray You would prepare the heart of the one who will be helping and give her skill, patience and kindness. Guide her hands as she fixes the wigs and places the clips, that the work would be done perfectly and securely and that they would be ready to be taken home soon. Remove any hindrance or delay and let all things be done in order and with excellence for Your glory. Your urgent cry has been heard and we have carried it before the throne of grace. We understand the anxiety that gathers around such an appointment, the desire that all things should be done well and without delay, and the longing for kindness and help from the hand of another.

We are reminded that the greatest favour we can ever seek is not to be bought with money and without price it is freely given in Jesus Christ. The blessings of grace are without money and without price, and glory be to God they are so, for then none need despair who feels his own emptiness. What we need most is forgiveness and freedom through the blood of Christ, and that favour which flows from His finished work. Without Him we can do nothing, and with Him even our small cares are not beneath His notice, for He who clothes Himself with care for His people will not leave them without provision.

We have prayed for you, that the Lord in His mercy would grant you peace tomorrow afternoon, that He would dispose the heart of the one who serves you to be helpful, understanding and compassionate, and that He would give skill to the hands that work, so that what is needed may be done properly and safely. We have asked that if it be His will there would be no unnecessary delay and that you may return home with a settled mind. Yet we pray above all that you may spread your case before God and rest in His wise ordering, whether He grants the answer as you have framed it or in another way that shall prove more for your good.

Let us not seek to be without trial, but to find Christ in the trial. Cast your care upon Him, come before Him not without the precious incense of the Saviour's name, and trust that He who heard His people when they cried under their burdens hears you now. May you know that you are heard not because of any price you bring, but because Christ has paid all, and may His presence be your comfort and strength in this and in every need.

We continue to pray that the Lord will keep you, give you calmness of spirit, and show you His favour which is life, through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whom alone is salvation.
