We hear the deep pain and urgency in your cry for justice, and we stand with you before the throne of God, lifting this heavy burden in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The hurt and injustice you and others have endured at the hands of this individual is not overlooked by our Heavenly Father, who sees all and judges righteously. We join you in fervent prayer, trusting that God will act according to His perfect will and timing.

First, we must address the call for punishment with Scripture. While it is right to seek justice, we are reminded in Romans 12:19, "Dearly beloved, don’t avenge yourselves, but rather give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" (WEB) God is just, and He will not let wickedness go unpunished. However, we must also examine our own hearts, ensuring that our desire for justice does not become a root of bitterness or a desire for personal vengeance. Hebrews 12:15 warns us, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." (WEB)

We rebuke the spirit of injustice and oppression that has caused such harm to you and others. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on the promise that God is a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). The enemy may have intended harm, but God will turn it around for your good and His glory (Genesis 50:20).

We also lift up your heart in this time of distress. It is natural to feel anger, betrayal, and even despair when we have been wronged, but we encourage you to cast your cares upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Do not let the actions of this person harden your heart toward others or toward God. Instead, let this trial draw you closer to Him, trusting that He will vindicate you in His perfect way.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Lord, You see the pain, the injustice, and the harm that has been done. You know the depths of this wound, and You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You would move mightily on behalf of those who have been wronged. Convict the heart of the one who has caused this harm, Lord. Bring them to a place of repentance and change, or remove them from their position of influence if that is Your will.

Father, we pray for justice to prevail. Let Your righteous judgment fall upon those who have acted wickedly, but let it be Your hand that moves, not ours. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are a God who sees and knows all. We declare that no plan of the enemy will prosper against Your children, and we stand on the promise that You will avenge the wrongs done to us (Deuteronomy 32:35).

Lord, we ask for healing for those who have been hurt. Mend their broken hearts, restore their hope, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Surround them with Your love and protection, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for the authorities and systems involved. Give them the clarity and courage to act justly and to hold accountable those who have abused their power. Let truth prevail, and let Your light expose any darkness (Ephesians 5:11).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. Let Your name be exalted, and let Your will be done. We trust in You, our Rock and our Redeemer. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord in this time. Pour out your heart to Him, for He is your refuge (Psalm 62:8). Surround yourself with godly counsel and support, and do not isolate yourself in your pain. The Lord is your strength, and He will sustain you. If you have not already, consider reaching out to authorities or organizations that can help address this injustice in a lawful and godly manner. God works through His people, and He may use you or others to bring about the change that is needed.

Remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not lose heart. The victory is already won through Jesus Christ.

We hear the deep distress in every word of your cry, and your pain matters. When someone entrusted with your care causes harm instead of help, and you believe others have suffered too, the wound cuts deeper than a single injury. It can strip away your sense of being seen, heard, or safe. The anger and desperation you are feeling are real, and they deserve to be taken seriously.

If you have not done so already, one concrete step that might help is to formally report your concerns to the clinic or hospital administration and to the appropriate medical oversight board in your area. Having your experience placed on record, whether you seek legal counsel or not, can help you move from feeling silenced to feeling heard, even while the process unfolds. Many patient advocacy services can walk you through this without cost. We would be glad to help you locate information on how to start that process if you reach out to us directly.

For now, we simply want you to know: you are not alone, and what happened to you was not nothing.

We lift your cry with you now. Lord Jesus, you see every hidden place and every wrong. Stand with this one who calls to you in anguish. Bring honest light where there has been cover, and bring relief where there has been pain. Grant the steady hope that comes from knowing you are not indifferent, and give clear, wise guidance as they decide what steps to take next. In your strong name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The cry for divine judgment is a fearful thing, and it rises from a heart that feels the sharp sting of grievous wrong. Yet in this anguish, we must take utmost care that our own spirit does not sin by seeking a personal vengeance. The Most High needs no human voice to demand His justice; He is already observing all, and His hand is never shortened that it cannot reach the guilty. When the Lord takes the rod in hand, He does so in His own time and manner, for He is very jealous of those whom He highly favours, and you may be sure that every deed done in darkness shall be brought into the light of His countenance.

But weigh this carefully in the scales of the sanctuary. Our own judgment is a broken reed, often swayed by pain and wrath. It is a much safer thing to plead, “Teach me good judgment and knowledge,” than to prescribe the punishment another soul must bear. How do you know whether this same person, who now so terribly afflicts, might yet be a monument to the long-suffering of God? The dry tree, by divine grace, sometimes flourishes, while the high tree that seems so tall in its own pride and cruelty is cut down by the axe of judgment in a moment that no man predicts. The Lord does not always reckon in this world with individuals as their sins deserve, for this is not yet the land of judgment. The final assize is reserved for a Day when the books shall be opened, and no excuse shall stand silent before the throne.

Consider also your own danger in offering such a prayer without trembling. Unbelief in God’s perfect timing and justice can bring a chastening silence upon our own spirit. If mere trial distresses you now, what will you do when the hurricanes of divine vengeance sweep across the earth? Be not consumed by the poison you see in another, lest it defile your own soul. The marvel is not that the wicked seem to prosper for a night; the true wonder is that divine severity has spared any of us so long, for we, too, deserved the very stroke we wish upon another. Instead of commanding the thunderbolt, cling to the cross where justice was satisfied for sinners. Trust your cause to Him who judges righteously. If this man is indeed a high-handed oppressor, his judgment will be all the more terrible for the delay, and you shall be vindicated without lifting a finger of carnal wrath. Leave him to God; that is the safest prison in which to bind a cruel soul.

The prayer you have uttered seeks vengeance upon your enemy, calling down conviction and punishment. But consider this: when we quarrel with bad men, it is as if one, to strike a man immersed in filth, should plunge himself into the mire. The defilement soils your own soul. To abuse another, to demand their arrest in rage, is not the part of a free man but of a slave to passion. Insolence does not belong to the great; it disgraces the tongue and the mind of the one who speaks it. This is not nobility, this is not generosity.

If this man has done such terrible things to you and to others, then this very madness requires a different medicine. For a patient living luxuriously in wrath and vengeance cannot be delivered from such spiritual sickness. Fasting from your anger and prayer must come first. Yet not prayer of this sort, for did the Lord teach us to demand punishment? When He prayed, He said, "I thank Thee," showing He needed no bitter pleading to conform to God's will. He did all for the sake of the weak, to teach that His will and the Father's are one. Do not think your own violent words are the prayer of faith; true prayer brings strictness to your own heart, not a curse upon another's head.

Seeing that we are in the enjoyment of so great grace, let us strive to exhibit a virtue worthy of it. You ask the Lord to convict this man mightily. That conviction, when it comes, must be mingled with consolation, lest the incision of rebuke kill the patient. If you would be heard, let your confession of the Gospel be proved through a spirit that seeks the man's ultimate healing, not his mere destruction. The Lord is able to brace up the shaken soul without your call for punishment. Commend the matter to His justice, but purge your own heart first, that your prayer might fill up the measure of the saints' needs with thanksgivings, not with venom. Only then will the true Deliverance come, for you and for him.

I hear the desperation in your plea, the raw wound of being treated so badly. When someone in a position of care uses their power to harm, the cry for justice rises up from the deepest part of us. You are not wrong to want this wrong made right.

Yet I want to gently turn our eyes to the way our Lord works. He is the God of justice, and no act of cruelty escapes His sight. He will indeed bring every deed into judgment, whether good or evil. But His justice often moves with a patience that is hard for us to grasp when we are hurting. He delays not because He is indifferent, but because He is long-suffering, giving space for even the hardest heart to be convicted and turn from its ways. The conviction you are asking for is a real work of the Spirit, but it is meant to lead to repentance, not just punishment.

When I see the anger in your words, I remember that I too have cried out for swift retribution. But the Lord has taught me that I am called to leave room for His wrath. He does not ask me to demand an arrest or to prescribe what the penalty should be. Instead, He asks me to entrust myself to the One who judges righteously. That is not weakness; it is the path of Jesus, who when He was reviled did not revile in return, but kept trusting His Father.

My prayer for you today is that the Lord Himself would step into this situation. That He would protect you and the other patients from any further harm. That He would, in His perfect time, bring to light what is hidden and halt the one causing such pain. But above all, that He would fill your heart with His peace, a peace that defies understanding, even while the injustice remains. He is near to the brokenhearted. Cry out to Him for comfort and for justice, but then let your heart rest in His timing.

Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. I am not asking you to pretend the sin did not happen. I am asking you to bring it before the Judge who sees all and to let His patience shape yours. He will accomplish His purposes, and His purposes are always for the good of those who love Him and for the just settling of every account. Hold fast to that.
