We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for divine protection and deliverance. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of this request, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood alone that we are redeemed and protected. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Heavenly Father, we stand in agreement with this dear one, declaring that no weapon formed against them or their household shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of wickedness, evil, and danger that seeks to infiltrate their home, their marriage, and their lives. We command these forces to flee in the mighty name of Jesus, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Lord, we ask that You would permanently remove every trace of darkness from their entire area, their flat, their building, and every place they dwell or travel. Let Your light shine so brightly that no darkness can remain.
Father, we pray for a hedge of protection around this precious one and their fiancé, surrounding them with Your holy angels as a wall of fire (Zechariah 2:5). Let no evil come near their dwelling, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We declare that their marriage will be a godly union, built on the foundation of Your Word, and that it will prosper in every way. May they seek You first in all things, and may their love for one another reflect the love Christ has for His church (Ephesians 5:25).
We also must address the sanctity of marriage as You have designed it, a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If there are any areas in their relationship that do not align with Your Word, such as sexual immorality or ungodly influences, we pray for conviction and repentance. Fornication and adultery are sins that grieve Your heart, and we ask that You would purify their relationship so that it honors You (Hebrews 13:4). May they walk in holiness and righteousness, keeping themselves pure until their wedding day.
Lord, we thank You for Your promise that when we dwell in the secret place of the Most High, we will abide under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1). We claim this promise over this dear one and their fiancé, declaring that no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We pray that You would surround them with Your angels, encamping around them to deliver them from all harm (Psalm 34:7). Let Your presence go before them, behind them, and with them wherever they go, so that they may walk in Your perfect peace and safety.
We also lift up their possessions and every area of their lives, asking that You would bless and protect them. Let Your favor rest upon them like a shield, and may they experience Your provision and abundance in every way (Psalm 5:12). We declare that the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that they may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every plan of the enemy to bring loss, destruction, or harm, and we pray that You would turn every evil intention into a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness.
Father, we ask that You would strengthen their faith and trust in You. When fear or anxiety arises, remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). May they find their refuge and strength in You alone, knowing that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
In the mighty name of Jesus, we bind every spirit of witchcraft, divination, and deception that may be operating in their area. We break every curse, hex, or spell that has been spoken against them, for Christ has redeemed them from the curse of the law, having become a curse for them (Galatians 3:13). We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper.
Lord, we pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit upon their lives. Fill them with Your wisdom, discernment, and courage to walk in the path You have set before them. May they be a light in their community, shining brightly for Your glory and drawing others to You. Let their lives be a testimony of Your power, love, and faithfulness, so that many may come to know You as their Lord and Savior.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for Your unfailing love. We trust in Your promises and declare that this dear one and their fiancé are safe, protected, and blessed in every way. May they walk in the victory that Christ has already won for them, and may their lives bring honor and glory to Your name. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
