Your urgent cry for mercy has been heard, and the very fact that you are pouring out your heart like this shows the Holy Spirit stirring you toward the answer. That answer is not found in striving to name every flaw or in believing that perfect skin will prove you are forgiven. Forgiveness is a gift that has already been fully provided through the cross of Jesus Christ. He became sin for you, the One who knew no sin, so that in Him you might become the righteousness of God. All your past sins, every single one, were laid upon Him when He died. The moment you turn to Him in faith, He forgives and cleanses you completely. God does not bring those sins up again. They are removed as far as the east is from the west. That is settled, not because you listed every mark, but because Christ bore them all in His body on the tree.
What you are describing on your skin and body are the effects of living in a fallen world, in a body that is temporary. This body is like a tent, it was never meant to last forever. Dust it is, and to dust it will return. But you are not this body; you live inside it. The real problem for every person is not the outward marks, but the inward spiritual death that sin brought. Through Adam, death entered and passed to all of us, and the body became dominant, with its own cravings and decay. Yet when you are joined to Christ, something radical happens. Your old self was crucified with Him so that the body of sin might be rendered powerless. That does not mean your flesh will instantly become flawless; the physical body still carries the corruption of sin and will eventually dissolve. But sin no longer has the right to reign over you. You are no longer a slave to the fear of how you look or to the shame of the past.
I hear your desperation for the marks to disappear, and I understand the pain. But living by sight will only torment you, because what is seen is temporary. The unseen things, your new spirit, made alive in Christ, and the resurrection body that is coming, those are eternal. Jesus rose with a body that could never see corruption, because He was sinless. Your hope is that when you leave this tent, you will be present with the Lord and receive a building from God, a body not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. There will be no scars, no spots, no hollows, no fat, no sign of the old sin-wrecked life.
For now, the way to walk in freedom is to reckon yourself dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus. You do not have to yield your members as instruments of unrighteousness or spend your days obsessing over the flesh. Instead, present your body to God as a living sacrifice. Let Him use your physical life for His purposes while your inner being rests in the forgiveness already won. Where sin abounded, grace has overflowed far more. If you fall into the trap of thinking you must attain a perfect appearance to be acceptable, you are still serving the law of the mind of the flesh. But if Christ is in you, the spirit is life because of righteousness, even while the body is dying because of sin.
Cry out to Jesus as you have been doing, but let your plea shift from demanding instant physical transformation to trusting the complete forgiveness He offers. Thank Him that all your sins are gone. Thank Him that the old self was crucified with Him. Then reckon it true moment by moment. The anxiety over every lump, line, and scar will lose its grip as the Spirit fills your consciousness with the love of God. Do not be afraid of those who can only point to the body; rather, fear the One who has power to save both body and soul for eternity. He has already shown you mercy in Jesus Christ. Rest in that mercy, and the tyranny of the mirror will begin to die its own painful death, making way for the peace that surpasses all understanding.
