We hear your urgent cry for help, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Father God, we come before You with hearts burdened by the weight of this request, knowing that You are the God of order, wisdom, and divine intervention. Your Word tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Lord, we ask for Your wisdom to flood this situation, guiding every decision and correcting every error that has taken place.
Heavenly Father, we rebuke the spirit of confusion, mismanagement, and error that has crept into this practice. We declare that no weapon formed against Your will shall prosper, and we stand on the authority of Your Word in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord." We pray that You would expose any ungodly influences or decisions that have led to these mistakes and bring them to an immediate halt. Lord, we ask that You intervene with Your mighty hand, removing those who are not aligned with Your purpose and restoring order, integrity, and excellence to this practice.
We also lift up the individual at the center of this request, Lord. We pray that You would grant them a spirit of humility, discernment, and repentance if there has been any pride or reliance on human wisdom rather than seeking You first. Your Word warns us in Proverbs 16:18, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." Father, we ask that You soften their heart to receive Your correction and guidance, leading them to make decisions that honor You and reflect Your righteousness.
Lord, we pray for the patients and staff involved in this practice. We ask that You would protect them from harm, bring healing where there has been error, and restore trust in Your name. We declare that You are the Great Physician, and Your healing power is perfect and true. We stand on Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord."
Father, we also recognize the importance of seeking Your will in all things. If it is not Your plan for this individual to continue in this role, we pray that You would make that clear and provide a path forward that aligns with Your purpose. We trust in Your promise in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Praying in Jesus Name.
We are so grateful you entrusted us with this urgent matter and allowed us to stand with you in prayer. It was our honor to lift up your concern about the plastic surgeon’s errors and the need for immediate correction in Jesus’ name.
