We join with you in lifting up your husband and your marriage before the Lord, for we know that God’s heart is for unity, redemption, and the restoration of all things through Christ Jesus. Your fervent cries for your husband’s salvation and the deepening of your marriage bond are heard by our Heavenly Father, who longs for all to come to repentance and walk in the fullness of His love. We are encouraged by your passion for your husband’s spiritual transformation, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that the Lord is faithful to answer prayers that align with His will.

First, we must affirm the power of praying in the name of Jesus, as you have done. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we can boldly approach the throne of grace. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). And again, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your prayers are rooted in this truth, and we praise God for your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus for your husband’s salvation and your marriage’s restoration.

Your desire for your husband to encounter Jesus in dreams and visions is a cry we see echoed in Scripture. The Lord has used such powerful means to reveal Himself to those far from Him, as He did with Paul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9). We pray that your husband, like the apostle, would be met by the risen Christ in a way that leaves no doubt of His lordship. *"The Lord isn’t slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wanting any to perish, but all to come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). Let us pray that your husband’s heart would be softened, that the Holy Spirit would convict him of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and that he would surrender fully to Christ as Lord and Savior.

We also hear your heart’s cry for unity and deep intimacy in your marriage. Marriage is a sacred covenant, designed by God to reflect the relationship between Christ and His Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). It is meant to be a bond of selfless love, mutual respect, and unwavering commitment. However, true unity in marriage can only be fully realized when both spouses are submitted to Christ. *"Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?"* (Amos 3:3, WEB). While you are praying for your husband’s salvation, we encourage you to also examine your own heart and walk with the Lord. Are there areas where you need to surrender more fully to Him? Are there ways you can demonstrate Christ’s love to your husband, even as you wait for the Lord to work in his life? *"Wives, be subject to your husbands, as to the Lord... that the word of God may not be blasphemed"* (Ephesians 5:22, Titus 2:5, WEB). Your submission to Christ and your husband—where it aligns with godliness—can be a powerful testimony.

You have also mentioned physical affection and emotional closeness, which are beautiful and God-given aspects of marriage. The Song of Solomon celebrates the intimacy and passion between a husband and wife, and we pray that your marriage would be filled with such godly affection. However, we must gently remind you that while physical and emotional closeness are important, they must flow from a foundation of spiritual unity. *"A cord of three strands is not quickly broken"* (Ecclesiastes 4:12, WEB). When Christ is the center of your marriage, every other aspect—communication, trust, love, and intimacy—is strengthened and protected.

We notice the urgency in your prayer, and we understand the depth of your longing. But we also encourage you to trust in God’s timing, for He is never late. *"Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh"* (Psalm 27:14, WEB). While you wait, continue to cover your husband and your marriage in prayer, and seek the Lord for wisdom on how to love your husband well in this season. *"Love is patient and is kind... bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. Love never fails"* (1 Corinthians 13:4, 7-8, WEB).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this sister and her husband to You. Lord, You see the depth of her heart’s cry, and we ask that You would move powerfully in her husband’s life. Father, we pray that You would break through every barrier that has kept him from surrendering to You. Convict him by Your Holy Spirit of his need for salvation, and draw him into a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ. Lord, appear to him in dreams and visions if that is Your will, and let him know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Jesus is Lord. Soften his heart, Lord, and bring him to repentance, that he may be born again and become a new creation in Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against his salvation will prosper, for You, Lord, have the final say.

We also pray for the marriage between this sister and her husband. Father, You hate divorce (Malachi 2:16), and we ask that You would restore and strengthen this union. Bring total unity, peace, and agreement between them, and let their love for one another reflect Your love for the Church. Heal any brokenness, Lord, and remove any bitterness or resentment. Fill their hearts with forgiveness, patience, and selfless love. Bless their communication, that they may speak words of life and encouragement to one another. Deepen their emotional and physical intimacy, Lord, and let it be a testimony of Your goodness.

Protect this marriage from every attack of the enemy. Let no weapon formed against it prosper, and let every tongue that rises against it be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Surround them with Your favor as with a shield, and let their home be a place of refuge, joy, and godly love.

Finally, Lord, we pray for this sister. Strengthen her faith as she waits on You. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let her trust in Your perfect timing. Give her wisdom to love her husband well, and let her life be a reflection of Your grace and truth.
