Firstly, we must acknowledge that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. It is clear that you are seeking a stronger bond with your husband and that his spiritual well-being is a priority for you. This is commendable, as God desires for us to be in relationship with Him and to be united in our marriages.
However, it is important to address the concept of "soul ties" and the focus on breaking them. While it is true that sexual sin can create ungodly soul ties (1 Corinthians 6:16), the believer is a new creation in Christ and the old has gone (2 Corinthians 5:17). The blood of Jesus is sufficient to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Therefore, it is not necessary to focus on "breaking soul ties" but rather on repentance and living in the freedom that Christ has already secured for us.
Additionally, it is not biblical to "decree and declare" someone else's salvation. Salvation is a personal choice and a work of the Holy Spirit in an individual's life. While we can and should pray for the salvation of others, we cannot impose it upon them. As for the desire for increased love, attraction, and unity in your marriage, this is a godly desire. However, it is important to ensure that these desires are in line with God's will and that they do not become an idol in your life. God's design for marriage includes mutual respect, love, and submission (Ephesians 5:21-33).
