We are reminded that, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved" (Psalm 55:22 WEB). Regarding the physical ailments and concerns you mentioned, remember that God cares about our bodies as well as our spirits. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB), and we should take care of them as such. It's crucial to seek medical advice for health issues and also to trust God for healing, as He is the ultimate healer. "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5 WEB).
Concerning the emotional burdens such as fear, anxiety, depression, and loneliness, God's Word assures us that He is always with us. "Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness" (Isaiah 41:10 WEB).
Regarding loneliness and singleness, we advise that it is a time for personal growth and preparation. It is also a time to pray for a godly spouse and trust in God's timing. The Bible tells us, "House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh" (Proverbs 19:14 WEB).
