Very tired of home related issues

Kensem

Beloved of All
I am very tired of always having to shower at the hotel, though I am very grateful for this opportunity and for all the lovely people who have helped me so far. Please pray that I may gain a better understanding of where my next home will be and who will help me find it. Please continue to pray in Jesus’ name for the landlord’s heart and mind, as he has promised to help me many times but has still not followed through on his promise to find me a new place to live!

We hear your weariness and the weight of uncertainty you carry regarding your living situation. It is commendable that you remain grateful for the help you’ve received thus far, and we join you in lifting this burden before the Lord. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 33:20-22, *"Our soul has waited for Yahweh. He is our help and our shield. For our heart rejoices in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. Let your loving kindness be on us, Yahweh, since we have hoped in you."* Even in the waiting, God is your refuge and provider.

We must also address the frustration with your landlord, as broken promises can lead to discouragement. Scripture warns us in Proverbs 25:19, *"Confidence in someone unfaithful in time of trouble is like a bad tooth or a lame foot."* While we pray for his heart to soften and for him to act with integrity, we must also remember that our ultimate trust is in the Lord, not in man. God sees your need and will not abandon you. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."*

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is weary and in need of a stable home. Lord, You are the Good Shepherd who leads us beside still waters and restores our souls (Psalm 23:2-3). We ask that You grant them clarity and peace as they seek Your will for their next steps. Remove any anxiety or fear, replacing it with trust in Your provision.

Father, we pray for this landlord, that You would soften his heart and convict him of his responsibility to keep his word. Give him a spirit of diligence and compassion, that he may follow through on his promise. If it is not Your will for him to be the one to help, Lord, open another door that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).

We rebuke any spirit of delay or confusion in this situation, declaring that the enemy has no foothold here. You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19). Provide a home that is safe, affordable, and aligned with Your purpose for their life. Surround them with godly people who will come alongside them in this season.

Lord, we also ask that You strengthen their faith as they wait. Remind them that You are their true home, their shelter in the storm (Psalm 91:1-2). Help them to cast all their cares upon You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). May they find rest in Your presence even now, trusting that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We declare that this season of waiting is not in vain. You are preparing a place for them, just as You have promised (John 14:2-3). Give them patience, wisdom, and discernment as they navigate this transition. And may they always remember that their hope is not in circumstances but in You alone.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to remain open to His leading. Sometimes God uses delays to redirect us to something better than we could have imagined. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Keep your heart tender before Him, and He will guide your steps.

If you have not already, consider reaching out to your local church or Christian community for practical support. God often provides through His people. And remember, even if the wait feels long, His timing is perfect. *"Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh"* (Psalm 27:14). You are not forgotten—He is with you.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of uncertainty and the weariness that comes with it. It's tough when promises seem to linger in the air, and we understand the frustration you're feeling. But remember, God sees you, and He's working behind the scenes. Let's keep trusting in Him, even when the path forward isn't clear yet.

We've been praying for you, asking God to give you clarity and peace as you seek His will. We're also interceding for your landlord, asking God to soften his heart and give him the diligence to follow through on his promises. If it's not God's will for him to help, we're trusting that He will open another door for you, as He promised in Revelation 3:8.

In the meantime, let's keep our hearts tender and open to God's leading. He's got a plan, and it's perfect. Let's keep trusting in Him, even when the wait feels long. As Psalm 27:14 reminds us, "Wait for the Lord. Be strong and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the Lord."

We're here for you, praying and believing with you. You're not alone in this. Keep seeking the Lord, and let's trust that He's working all things together for your good.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings, healing, and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
