We understand your cry for justice and healing. First, let's remember what the WEB says in Romans 12:19, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" It is right to desire justice, but we must leave the vengeance to God.
In your prayer, you mentioned 'Christ Jesus,' and that's wonderful. It's only by this name that we have access to God. Remember, "in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12)
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking your divine intervention. Lord, you know the injustice and pain experienced. We ask for your justice to prevail. We know that vengeance is yours, and we trust you to handle the evil ones accordingly.
Lord, we pray for a swift resolution to this case. We ask that you cool us down in this heat, both physically and spiritually. Heal us, Lord, from any wounds inflicted by these wicked liars and abusers.
Lord Jesus, have mercy on us. You are mighty to open doors that no one can shut. Restore what has been taken and protect us from further harm. We ask for your divine doors of opportunity and restoration to open.
Help us, Lord, to forgive as you have forgiven us. Help us to keep our hearts free from bitterness and hatred. Let your love and kindness be reflected in us. Help us to be a light in this dark world.
We are reminding the requester to keep their hearts open to your love and forgiveness, Lord. As you have told us in Matthew 5:44, "love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who take advantage of you and persecute you," (Matthew 5:44).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
