We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting you up before the Lord and we continue to remember you in prayer.
We have been praying for your freedom from sexual addiction and maladaptive daydreaming, asking God to bring healing to the underlying reasons you struggle and to give you strength and renewal of mind. We claim John 8:36 that whom the Son sets free is free indeed and 1 Cor 10:13 that God will provide a way out and the strength to stand against temptation, and we pray for His grace to lead you into wholeness and purity.
We have also stood in agreement for the African American community, praying that God will set His people free from false teachings and remove wolves who lead others astray and cause harm. We pray as warned in Matt 7:15 and 2 Tim 4:3 that God will expose what is false and raise up faithful teachers who will lead people truly to Christ and to sound doctrine. We have prayed for healing and protection from racism and hatred directed toward you and toward that community, asking the Lord to be your shield and to bring justice and comfort as promised in Psalm 34:18.
We have lifted up your ex to the Lord, praying for his salvation and that he would come to faith in Christ, for his physical healing in the midst of serious and life threatening health problems, and for his healing from trauma and emotional and behavioral issues. We have asked God to give him a wake up call to turn from dysfunctional ways and to grant him repentance and peace, and we have prayed for the salvation and wellbeing of his loved ones as well.
We have also been praying for you regarding the estranged relationships you have been trying to reconcile over the past month. We ask God to give you wisdom and peace about His direction to stop reaching out to these people, to guard your heart from discouragement, and to show you when to wait and when to trust Him to work in their hearts. We pray Romans 12:18 over you as you seek to live at peace and to follow His leading.
