Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, grieving over the wickedness and callousness you have endured. The actions of these individuals, fraud, deception, threats, and utter disregard for human life, are an abomination before the Lord. The Bible declares, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness" (Isaiah 5:20). Their refusal to repent, their hardness of heart, and their shameless exploitation of others reveal a deep spiritual darkness. We rebuke this wickedness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for He alone has the power to break chains of sin and bring conviction where there is none.

Father God, we come before You with righteous anger and deep sorrow over this injustice. You are a God who hears the cries of the oppressed and executes judgment for the fatherless and the afflicted (Psalm 10:17-18). We ask You to arise, O Lord, and let Your enemies be scattered (Psalm 68:1). Expose every lie, every cover-up, and every act of fraud these individuals have committed. Let Your light pierce their darkness, and may the fear of the Lord fall upon them like a consuming fire. Break their pride, shatter their arrogance, and bring them to their knees in repentance. We pray that their hearts of stone would be replaced with hearts of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26), that they would hear Your voice, and that they would turn from their wicked ways before it is too late.

Lord, we lift up the lawyer who has shown such contempt for human life and dignity. Her words reveal a heart that is far from You. We pray that You would convict her of her sin and lead her to true repentance. May she no longer serve injustice but instead become an instrument of Your righteousness. We also pray for the landlord, the owner, and all those involved in this deception. May they be held accountable for their actions, not only in the courts of man but before Your holy throne. Let them taste the consequences of their cruelty so that they may seek Your mercy.

We stand with you, dear brother/sister, in this battle. You have done what is right, documenting the dangers, seeking justice, and refusing to be silenced. The Lord sees your suffering and will not abandon you. "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). We pray for your protection, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. May the Lord surround you with His peace, provide for your needs, and grant you wisdom as you navigate this difficult season. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due time, you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

We also pray for justice in this situation. May the truth be exposed, and may those who have wronged you be compelled to make restitution. If they refuse, may the Lord Himself intervene and repay them for their deeds. "Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord" (Romans 12:19). We trust that You will not let this evil go unpunished.

Finally, we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy may have intended this for harm, but God will use it for good (Genesis 50:20). We pray that this trial would draw you closer to Christ, strengthen your faith, and equip you to be a voice for the voiceless. May you walk in the fullness of God’s provision and peace, knowing that He is your defender and your shield.

We have been reading your updates and we can feel how long and heavy these months have been for you. To live with life threatening electrical danger, to be hurt while showering and then be met with no apology, only threats and demands, is frightening and exhausting. It makes sense that you feel worn down after nearly three months of waiting for any remorse or fair resolution.

We are glad you got out of that apartment and that you sought medical care and had an electrician document what was happening. That was wise and courageous, even when it was not met with care in return. Waiting for someone else to show remorse can keep the wound open day after day, especially when new letters and threats keep coming. We are praying not only for a just outcome, but for your own peace and strength while you wait.

It may help to keep everything in one place as you continue to seek wise counsel, copies of photos, medical reports, the electrician's report, and any letters from the landlord or lawyer, so that a trusted local tenant advice service or legal aid can see the full picture clearly. If you still have skin wounds or other effects from the shocks, please keep following up with your medical provider alongside our prayers.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. You see every detail of this housing situation and the hurt it has caused. We ask for protection, for wisdom for each next decision, and for provision of a safe and stable place to live. Work in the hearts of the landlord, the owner and the lawyer, bring conviction where it is needed and lead them toward honesty and fairness. Guard our friend from bitterness and despair, and give rest and strength for each day. Amen.

Your trial has been heard with heavy hearts, and it is brought before the Lord who both sees and judges with perfect righteousness. To have suffered bodily harm, to have received shocks even while seeking the cleansing of water, to bear wounds upon your skin and to have medical witness to it, and then to meet with no pity, no confession, no help, but rather threats and demands and the falsifying of reports, is a great affliction. We do not make light of it. The Lord knows the weariness of being denied what is just and the wound that comes when those who have power refuse to show mercy.

We join you in prayer that the Lord would work in this matter according to His holy character. He is slow to anger and great in power, and He will not at all acquit the wicked. His slowness to sentence is not indifference, for He gives space for repentance, that men may turn from their sin and seek His pardon. Yet His justice is unimpeachable, He lays justice to the line and righteousness to the plummet, and He must do right. We pray therefore not for vengeance after the flesh, but that His justice would be vindicated and His righteousness exemplified, and that every unholy alliance and untruthful report would be brought to light.

We pray for those who have dealt so hardly with you, for the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer who has spoken of comfort where there is danger to life. We ask the Lord to take away the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, to grant the fear of the Lord which is the beginning of wisdom, to bring conviction of sin, true remorse, and a willingness to confess and to make restitution where wrong has been done. May they be led to repentance, to speak truthfully concerning the electrical system, to cease from threats and blocking of communication, and to act with honesty and due responsibility. Above all we pray that they may be brought to know that salvation is only through Jesus Christ, who bore the penalty of sin that justice might be satisfied and mercy might flow freely to all who believe upon Him.

We pray also for you who have suffered. May the Lord be your healer and your refuge. As He sent His Word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions, so may He heal your body from these wounds and quiet your spirit from the distress this long contention has caused. May He preserve your going out and your coming in and deliver you from the evil one. May He provide for you a safe and habitable dwelling, and may He move upon those in lawful authority to act with equity and to require what is right concerning this dangerous condition.

We encourage you to continue in prayer and to look for the answer, for we have this confidence that if we ask anything according to His will He hears us. Do not turn away from the mercy seat as one who asks and does not expect to be answered, but wait upon the Lord as Elijah waited and looked toward the sea. Cast yourself at the foot of the cross, where justice and mercy meet, and plead there both for your own soul and for those who have wronged you, that God would turn them from sinners to saints and glorify His name in them.

May the Lord grant you grace to rest in His unimpeachable justice and His tender mercy, to be kept from bitterness, and to know the exceeding riches of His grace in Christ Jesus. We will continue to remember you and this whole matter before the throne of grace, asking that wrong be made right, that truth prevail, and that all hearts concerned may submit themselves to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We have heard your cry and we join you in prayer before the Lord who sees all that is done in secret and who judges with perfect righteousness.

What you have endured is grievous. To suffer electric shocks while showering, to bear wounds on your body, to need medical treatment and to have to seek showers elsewhere for safety, and then to be met not with care but with denial, falsified reports, threats and demands for payment, is a deep injustice. It is right to be troubled by a hardness that can call a life threatening danger mere comfort and that can refuse even a word of apology after months have passed. God is not indifferent to such things. He calls those who act unjustly to account, and He also patiently calls them to turn from their way.

We pray with you in the mighty name of Jesus:

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone there is salvation, have mercy and bring what is hidden into the light. You know the condition of the electrical system and the danger to life. You know the reports that have been falsified, the communication that has been blocked, the threats that have been made and the refusal to take responsibility. We ask You to protect this dear one from further harm, to heal the wounds to body and mind, to provide a safe place to live and to grant wisdom for every practical step that must be taken with authorities and lawful help.

Lord, we lift up the landlord, the owner, the contact person, the whole team and the lawyer who has spoken for them. We do not ask You to bless what is wrong, but we ask You to break the hardness of heart. Take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh that can hear Your voice. Bring the fear of God upon them, not to destroy them but to awaken them, that they may see their deeds truly, feel godly sorrow, turn from unscrupulous and irresponsible ways and walk in truth. Grant them repentance that is real, with remorse and with fruits that show it, including honesty about the danger, a sincere apology and just restitution where it is due. Your Word warns that the one who will not be softened by goodness and will not be turned back by Your warnings treasures up wrath for the day of Your righteous judgment. We pray they will not continue on that path but will submit to You and to the guidance of Your Holy Spirit while there is still time.

For you who have suffered, we pray for strength and peace. May the Lord guard your heart from bitterness and from despair, and fill you with patience and hope. He is the physician who does not turn away from our wounds. He hears prayer offered in secret, even when we have no words left, and He is near to those who are oppressed. May He comfort you, confirm the truth, provide for your needs and bring this long trial to a just and merciful end.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will bring conviction where there is avoidance, responsibility where there is evasion, and justice with mercy where there has been threat and contempt. May His will be done and may all involved come to know His truth and His grace.

Your request has been read with care and with sorrow for what you have endured. It is understandable that you feel the weight of this so deeply, and that you have cried out for God to intervene.

God sees what is happening and He cares about truth and fairness. Scripture says that He loves justice and that when truth falls in the street and justice stands far off, He takes notice. People can be unfair and can try to profit from the harm of others or cover it with false words, but the Lord is not like that. He does not overlook oppression or falsehood, and when the enemy comes in like a flood, His Spirit lifts up a standard against it. Nothing you have documented, no shock, no wound, no report, no threat, is hidden from Him. He is the righteous Judge who will in the end establish what is right, and He is also the present help who hears the prayers of His people.

We are joining you in prayer that God would work in the hearts of the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and the lawyer. What you are asking for is not simply that they feel bad for a moment, but that they would experience the godly sorrow that the Bible speaks about. There is a sorrow that is only about consequences and does not bring change, and there is a godly sorrow that works true repentance, which means a real turning away from what is wrong and a change of direction that shows itself in fruit. Peter wept bitterly after he denied the Lord and he never returned to that denial again, his life was changed. That is the kind of work only God can do in a heart. So we are praying that the Lord would take hearts that have become hard like stone and give hearts of flesh that can feel, that can hear His call, that can submit to Him, that can speak truth instead of falsehood and act with responsibility instead of avoidance. We are praying that the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom, would come upon them, that they would no longer treat a life threatening danger as if it were a matter of comfort, and that those who were asked to write a false report would choose to tell the truth.

We are also praying for your protection and deliverance from unreasonable and wicked men. The Scripture teaches us to pray that the word of the Lord would have free course and that we would be delivered from those who act without faith and seek to hinder what is right. This is real spiritual warfare, and prayer is how we hold the ground that God has given. We will continue to pray without ceasing for you, as Paul prayed night and day for those he loved, that the threats would be restrained, that truth would be brought into the light, that no further harm would come to you, and that the Holy Spirit would soften what has been hardened and bring conviction where there has been hardness.

We are praying for you as well, for healing of your body where you were wounded, for peace in place of the psychological strain these months have brought, for wisdom for every practical step you need to take with the housing, the documents, the medical care and any lawful help you seek, and for provision of a safe place to live. May the Lord Himself be near to you, comfort you, guide you, and let you know that you are not alone and not forgotten.

May the Lord turn this situation toward what is just and good, bring genuine repentance where there has been none, and cover you with His protection and peace in Jesus Christ.
