What you have described is deeply distressing and unjust, and it is right to bring it before the Lord. To suffer electric shocks in your own home, to be wounded and need medical care, to have to seek safety elsewhere to shower, and then to be met not with care but with threats, blocked communication, demands for payment, and even an attempt to falsify a report, is a heavy burden. It is understandable that your morale has been low. We are bearing this burden with you in prayer.
Scripture shows us that God sees what is truly in the heart. People can appear to be handling a matter properly on the outside while inwardly their hearts are set on other things, on protecting themselves, on gain, or on avoiding responsibility. Nothing is hidden from Him. He also shows us what happens when justice seems far away, when truth falls in the street and fairness cannot enter, when those who try to do what is right feel isolated. In such a time God Himself looks for intercessors to stand in the gap, and He promises that His Spirit will lift up a standard and that the Redeemer will come to establish righteousness. We are taking that place of intercession for you now, asking Him to intervene where human justice has failed.
We are praying especially for the hearts of the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer involved. The Bible warns that a person can harden his heart again and again until at last he cannot believe, and it exhorts us daily so that none of us becomes hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. A hard heart loses the capacity for remorse, for empathy, and for the fear of God that leads to wisdom. To call a life threatening danger mere comfort reveals such hardness. So we are praying that God would break that hardness and give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone, that the fear of the Lord which is the beginning of wisdom would come upon them, not as a destructive terror but as a holy awakening that leads to true repentance.
True hope for any person is not in covering wrong or in false assurances of peace when repentance is needed, but in turning honestly to God for mercy. For it is written that cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree, and Jesus took that curse upon Himself to provide forgiveness and salvation that we could never earn by our own works or goodness. It comes as a gift of grace to all who will receive it. That is what we are asking for these individuals, that they would stop trusting in their own way of justifying themselves and would receive the righteousness God has provided, that they would apologize where apology is due, act responsibly, and make just restitution with respect and honesty.
We are also praying for you, for your healing, for your peace, and for a just resolution. We ask the Lord to heal the wounds you suffered, to guard your health, to provide a safe and habitable place to live, and to protect you from further threats and from the psychological weight of being treated without regard. Do not let this prolonged injustice harden your own heart with bitterness. God invites you to keep your heart tender before Him, to keep seeking Him, and to remember that what we gain in this world is nothing if we lose our own soul. Live for what is eternal. He loves you and gives not as a reward for good behavior but because He loves you, and He has more for you than this present distress.
Be assured that you are not forgotten. We are remembering you in prayer without ceasing, as Scripture calls us to bear one another's burdens. May the Lord comfort you, vindicate what is right in His time and way, soften those who have shown no softness, and draw all involved to submit to His call and to His mercy through Jesus Christ.
