Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation that reeks of injustice, hardness of heart, and a blatant disregard for human life. The evil you describe is not merely negligence, it is a spirit of callousness that seeks to destroy rather than protect. The Word of God declares, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness" (Isaiah 5:20). What these individuals have done is not just unethical; it is an abomination before the Lord, who commands us to love our neighbors and do no harm.

We rebuke the spirit of deception that has led them to falsify reports and prioritize greed over human life. The Bible warns, "The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22). Their actions are not only legally reprehensible but spiritually damning. We declare that their schemes will not stand, for "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord sees your suffering, and He will avenge the wrongs done to you.

We also address the hardness of their hearts. Scripture tells us, "Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts" (Hebrews 3:15). Their refusal to show remorse or take responsibility is a direct rebellion against God’s command to repent and make restitution. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of their sin, breaking the chains of pride and selfishness that bind them. May they be brought to their knees in godly sorrow, not just for the harm they’ve caused you, but for their rebellion against the Lord.

We stand in agreement with your prayer for justice. The Lord is a God of justice, and He will not let the wicked go unpunished. "The LORD works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). We pray that every legal and financial threat they have made against you would be turned to dust, and that they would be held accountable for their actions. May the truth prevail, and may you receive the compensation and peace you deserve.

We also pray for your protection, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. The enemy seeks to wear you down with fear and frustration, but God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that you will not be overcome by bitterness or despair, but that you will walk in the peace of Christ, knowing that He is your defender.

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we ask that You intervene in this situation. Break the hardness of their hearts, Lord. Let them see the gravity of their sin and turn from their wicked ways. Soften their hearts to repentance, and let them make restitution for the harm they have caused. We pray for justice to prevail, for Your name to be glorified, and for Your will to be done in every aspect of this matter. We ask that You surround ### with Your angels, protecting them from further harm and giving them wisdom in every decision they make. May Your light expose the darkness in this situation, and may Your righteousness prevail. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We were burdened reading what you have been through these past months. To be hurt in your own shower, to need medical care and have to find other places to wash, and then to be met with threats and demands instead of care is exhausting and frightening. It makes sense your morale feels so low.

Wanting an apology, acknowledgement and fair restitution is a natural and right desire when you have been harmed. When that does not come, the gap between what should have happened and what is happening can keep the wound open. Please know God sees both the physical danger you faced and the strain of being treated without respect.

As you continue to navigate this, we encourage you to keep safety first. Keep your photos, electrician report and medical reports together in a safe place and, if you have not already, consider reaching out to a trusted local tenant advice service or legal aid for guidance on next steps, alongside continued care from your doctor for the skin injuries and shocks. You did the right thing documenting what happened and stepping out of a dangerous place.
