Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We join you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus and we thank you for bringing this painful and unjust situation before the Lord so faithfully, even as your morale has been worn down and your heart has been wounded by hard hearted and unscrupulous treatment.

We have heard your cries about the life threatening electrical issues, the shocks you suffered while showering that left your skin wounded, the medical reports that confirm what you endured, and the deep lack of remorse from the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and now the lawyer representing them. What grieves us most with you is not only the danger itself, but the dishonesty and hardness that followed, asking electricians to fake a report and write that everything works well, blocking communication, making threats, refusing payment, demanding fees, and calling a life threatening hazard a matter of comfort while threatening forced eviction even after you left the apartment clean and ready to hand in the keys. This is evil in the eyes of God and we stand with you to rebuke it plainly.

Scripture is clear that God hates dishonesty and oppression. A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight Proverbs 11:1, and Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight Proverbs 12:22. To falsify a safety report while lives are at risk, to withhold what is due, and to threaten the vulnerable is not a small matter, it is sin that the Lord sees. He says Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed Isaiah 1:17 and Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless. Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed Psalm 82:3. The Lord also warns that he is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18, and we claim that nearness for you now as you have endured shocks, medical treatment, the need to shower elsewhere, and months without apology or compensation.

We also take seriously your prayer for their hearts. We do not pray for revenge, for it is written Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. Instead we pray as you have asked, that God would break the stony heart and give a heart of flesh as he promised I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. We pray that the fear of Yahweh, which is the beginning of wisdom Proverbs 9:10, would come upon each person involved, the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer, that their eyes would be opened to the seriousness of endangering a life, to the cruelty of equating safety with comfort, and to the harm caused by threats and avoidance. May they be convicted by the Holy Spirit, led to genuine remorse, to truthful confession, to apology with due respect, and to just compensation and responsibility for the urgent repairs that were documented.

We pray as well for you, for your body to be fully healed from the wounds and shocks, for your mind and spirit to be lifted out of this shrinking and lowest morale, and for the psychological damage caused by these dangerous words and attitudes to be healed by the Lord. We ask God to be your refuge and defender, to vindicate you in his perfect timing and through the lawful means he has ordained, for governing authorities are a servant of God to you for good and do not bear the sword in vain Romans 13:4. We encourage you to continue to keep every medical report, photograph, and electrician's documentation, and to seek help through the proper lawful and tenant authorities who are called to uphold justice and expose what is life threatening, while you entrust the outcome to the Lord who sees all in secret.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we are saved and by which we have access to you Acts 4:12, John 14:6. Lord, you have seen every shock, every wound, every threat, every lie, and every hard hearted refusal to show mercy. We ask you to intervene with power and mercy. Turn this situation around. Soften these hard hearts, take away the stony heart and give a heart of flesh that can hear your call and submit to you. Bring the fear of God upon them so that they turn from sadistic and antisocial tendencies, from irresponsibility, avoidance, and all unscrupulous behavior, and walk in truth and integrity. Convict them to speak honestly, to repair what is dangerous, to apologize sincerely, and to pay what is just with respect and humility. For our dear one who has suffered, we ask for healing of body and soul, for restoration of strength and morale, for peace that surpasses understanding, for provision of a safe dwelling, and for justice that reflects your righteousness. Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up Galatians 6:9. Sustain this precious life, guard this heart from bitterness, and let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, our Savior and Advocate, amen.

Thank you for letting us walk with you through these long months. Reading how you were hurt while showering, showed photos and medical reports, and were met with denial, demands for fees and threats of eviction instead of care, we can understand why you feel so worn down and unsafe. To have an electrician document a life threatening hazard and then be told you do not deserve repairs, and now to face legal threats even after you left the apartment clean and ready to return the keys, is a heavy burden to carry for nearly three months without apology or restitution.

It makes sense you are asking God to soften hard hearts and to bring accountability with respect. We are praying with you for protection, for wisdom, and for a just and peaceful resolution.

In practical terms, because the threats and the documented hazard continue to affect you, we encourage you to keep all of your records together, photos, medical notes, the electrician's report, and all messages from the landlord and lawyer, and to have them reviewed by a trusted local tenant advocacy service or attorney who knows housing law where you live. You do not have to navigate the legal pressure alone. If you still have any lingering effects from the shocks, please continue to follow up with your medical provider alongside prayer.

Father, we lift our friend to You who sees every detail and cares deeply. Bring safety, healing, and wise counsel around them. Work in the hearts of the landlord, contact person, owner, team and lawyer, that they would act justly and with conscience. Give our friend strength, rest and clear next steps. Your heavy trial has been brought before the Lord with deep sorrow and earnest prayer, and we have heard with grief how you have suffered bodily harm from the electrical shocks while showering, with wounds upon your skin and medical testimony to confirm it, and how those responsible have shown no remorse, no apology, no offer of reparation, but have instead sought to falsify reports, to block communication, to threaten and to demand what is not just.

We grieve with you, and we pray as one who knows that hard hearts are an awful evil. Our Lord Himself looked upon hard hearts with anger and yet with grief, for He was heart broken because their hearts were so hard. He was softened because of their hardness, and His thunder brought a shower of pity with it. He grieved with them by anticipation, knowing what misery hardness would bring upon them. To have a heart made as leather, without pity or fellow feeling, is a dreadful condition which leads to something worse than death, and we pray that God would save all concerned from it.

We continue to pray in the mighty name of Jesus that the Holy Spirit would break this hardness and give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone. We do not ask merely for a carnal repentance which comes from fear of consequences or qualms of conscience under pressure, for that repentance is of the flesh and does not give God glory. True repentance is the gift of God, to be preached in the name of Jesus, a godly sorrow for sin which needs not to be repented of, which gives God glory, which is practical and yields works meet for repentance, and which lasts. We pray that such repentance unto life would be wrought in the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer who has called a life threatening danger mere comfort and has threatened eviction rather than showing mercy. May the fear of God fall upon them, may they be brought to see sin as it is before a holy and good God, and may they be led not by driving only but by drawing, through the goodness of God which leads to repentance.

We pray that what has been done in darkness, the asking of electricians to write that all is well when it is not, the refusal of repair, the threats of legal action even when the dwelling was left clean and ready, would be brought into the light and turned toward honesty, responsibility and justice. We ask the Lord to move those hearts to show true remorse, to speak an honest apology, and to make due restitution with respect and fairness, as practical fruit of a changed heart. We leave vengeance to the Lord and ask Him to establish what is right according to His wisdom and through lawful means.

For you who have endured these months of distress, threats and psychological strain, we pray for healing of body and peace of mind, for protection and provision, and for a place of safety. Dwell at the foot of the cross, where tenderness is born into human hearts and where Jesus makes hard hearts soft and stamps His image upon them. Entreat the Holy Ghost to keep your own heart tender, to give you a vivid sense of His nearness, and to guard you from bitterness while you wait upon Him. Remember that repentance lives as long as faith, and that broken hearts never play at repenting nor play at believing, the Lord delights in a broken and contrite heart.

We will continue to pray that this situation be turned around, that the urgent danger be remedied, that hardness be broken, that the Holy Spirit would guide and soften, and that all would come to know that salvation and true change are through Jesus Christ alone, in whose name alone repentance and remission of sins are preached among all people.

We have received your request and your updates and we grieve with you over what you have endured. To suffer electric shocks while showering, to bear wounds on your skin, to need medical treatment and to seek safety in hotel showers, and then to be met not with care but with denial, falsified reports, threats and demands for fees is a grave injustice. We believe you and we are bringing your pain before the Lord.

We are praying in the mighty name of Jesus that God will intervene with both justice and mercy. We ask that He will protect you, heal your body, calm your mind after these months of strain, and provide a safe and habitable place for you to live. We also pray that He will restrain every threat and every plan for forced eviction that disregards human life, and that the truth about the dangerous electrical system will be brought fully into the light so that no one else is harmed.

We are also praying as you asked for those who have hardened their hearts toward you, the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and the lawyer. Scripture warns that a hard heart refuses to hear the voice of God, and it teaches that tears or words alone are not repentance if the heart does not turn and the life does not change. One of the examples given is Esau, who sought the blessing with tears but found no place for true repentance because he did not truly turn from his wrong. In the same way, God is not pleased with a show of sorrow that continues in injustice. True, godly sorrow works repentance that leads to salvation and brings no regret, and it shows itself in turning away from wrong and making what is right where possible. We pray that God will grant them this kind of godly sorrow, not a fleeting regret but a deep change.

So we pray that the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom, will come upon them. May God break up the hardness and give them a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone, that they may hear His call and submit to Him. May He open their eyes to see that to call a life threatening danger mere comfort is to deceive themselves, and that to demand payment while refusing responsibility heaps up greater judgment unless they repent. We pray that they will stop blocking communication, stop threatening, and instead speak truth, show remorse, offer a sincere apology and provide just compensation with respect. We do not ask God to bless their wrongdoing, but we do ask Him to lead them to repentance, for repentance has great power and can set free even those who have gone far into sin, if they will lay hold of it and be renewed. The Church is like a bath that cleanses the stains of the soul through repentance, and God is ready to forgive those who truly turn to Him through Jesus Christ.

We will continue to pray for you. May the Lord be your refuge and your advocate, may He guide every legal step you must take, and may He give wisdom to all authorities who review the electricians report and the medical evidence. We pray that you will know the peace of Christ that guards heart and mind, that your wounds will heal fully, and that you will be vindicated without needing to repay evil for evil. God sees what has been done in secret, including any attempt to falsify a report, and He will judge with perfect righteousness. At the same time He desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance through Jesus alone.

We stand with you before the throne of grace. May the Holy Spirit soften every hard heart in this situation, bring an end to all sadistic and unscrupulous behavior, and turn this situation toward truth, responsibility and respect.
