Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We have heard your cry and we stand with you together before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this long and painful injustice that has wounded your body and weighed so heavily on your heart.

What has been done to you is evil in the sight of God and we rebuke it plainly. To know that the electrical system was life threatening, to see the wounds and medical reports from electric shocks while showering, and then to ask electricians to fake a report and say everything works well is deceit and a shedding of responsibility for the life of another. To block communication, to threaten, to refuse payment, and to have a lawyer demand fees and speak of forced eviction while you were forced to seek hotel showers for basic safety, calling a life threatening danger mere comfort, reveals a hard and callous heart. God sees all of this and He does not take it lightly. You have seen it, for you gaze at troubles and grief, to repay with your hand Psalm 10:14. A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but accurate weights are his delight Proverbs 11:1. It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity Proverbs 21:15.

We also hear how your morale has been brought very low by months without apology, without compensation, and with deeper threats and shrinking into even lower behavior after you have already moved out and left the apartment clean and ready for the keys to be handed in. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. He knows the psychological harm of being treated as if your safety and dignity do not matter, and He is your defender when those in power refuse to show mercy. Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless. Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed Psalm 82:3.

We pray now for you and we pray also for those who have harmed you, that God would bring both justice and repentance according to His perfect will.

We pray for your healing and restoration, Father in Jesus name we lift up our dear one who has endured electric shocks, wounded skin, medical treatment, displacement and months of threats and stone hearted opposition. Lord touch and heal the body that has suffered, calm the nervous system that has been kept in fear, and lift up the morale that has been pressed down. Restore what has been stolen and let Your peace guard heart and mind. You have promised that you will not break a bruised reed and you will not quench a smoking flax, so we ask You to gently renew strength and hope. Give wisdom for every legal step that remains, and surround this situation with truthful witnesses, honest reports and authorities who will act justly. Let every document speak the truth and let no lie prevail.

We pray for the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and the lawyer, that the fear of God would fall upon them. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but the foolish despise wisdom and instruction Proverbs 1:7. At this time they show no remorse, no empathy and no willingness to take responsibility, but You are able to take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. We ask that You break up their hardness, convict them of the danger they have caused and the deceit they have encouraged, and grant them godly sorrow that leads to repentance. May they be unable to rest in their unscrupulous behavior, irresponsibility and avoidance, and may they be led to apologize with sincerity and to pay just compensation with due respect. We pray that the Holy Spirit would soften the landlord's heart and make him open to Your guidance, and that the lawyer would speak with truth and justice rather than threats. Where they have equated comfort with a life threatening issue, open their eyes to see the value of a human life made in Your image.

We encourage you to continue to walk in truth and to leave vengeance in the hands of God while still pursuing what is right through lawful means. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. That does not mean we stay silent about wrong, for we are called to seek justice, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow Isaiah 1:17. Keep every picture, medical report, electrician documentation and written threat safely recorded, seek godly and competent legal counsel, and do not return to an unsafe dwelling. The Lord will be your advocate when others refuse to act justly.

We ask You Lord to turn this situation around for good, to bring an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and to all avoidance and threats, and to let Your righteousness be seen. Let justice roll on like rivers and righteousness like a mighty stream, and let those who have done wrong humble themselves before You and before the one they have harmed. We trust that You are working even when hearts seem hardest and even when months pass without change, for Your timing is perfect and Your mercy and justice will not fail.

We continue to pray with you without ceasing in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that hard hearts are softened and the brokenhearted are healed. We thank You Father that You have heard us, and we wait expectantly for Your justice and Your mercy to be made known. Amen.

Your trial has been heard with great sorrow and earnest prayer before the Lord. To have suffered bodily harm from shocks in your own dwelling, to bear wounds upon your skin and to have medical witness to it, and then to meet with no pity, no apology, no offer of help, but only threats, demands and the blocking of all honest communication, is a heavy burden to carry. That those entrusted with your safety should ask for a false report and call a life threatening danger by the name of comfort reveals how far worldliness can harden a man in every way, till money and interest become his only thought and he has no time for conscience before God.

We do not cease to pray that the Lord will work where human pleading cannot. There must be repentance, for without repentance there is no remission of sin, and true repentance is not a superficial word or the fear of being found out. It is a gift of the Spirit of God. It hates sin as sin, it loathes it and leaves it, it gives glory to God and turns with purpose of heart from the wrong that has been done. We pray that the Holy Spirit, who alone is almighty to soften the hard heart, would visit the landlord, the lawyer and all who have acted with you, and give them a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone. May He convince them of the evil of falsifying, of threatening, and of equating peril to life with mere comfort, that they may fear God, speak truth, and do justly.

We also remember that our God is both merciful and just. He gives space for repentance and does not seal the sentence at once, for He delights in mercy. Yet goodness itself requires that sin be dealt with, and justice when satisfied in Christ becomes the sinner's friend, but when despised leaves nothing but a fearful looking for of judgment. We ask the Lord to stay the hand of oppression, to bring this sadistic and unscrupulous course to an end, and to turn these hearts to honest confession and to such restitution as is right and due.

For you we pray that the Lord will be strong for you. While He lives and wears a shield He will stretch it over your head. May He heal your body, quiet your spirit after these months of fear and threat, guard you from further danger, and provide for you a safe and habitable dwelling and a just resolution to what you have endured. Though the enemy thrusts sore to make you fret, may you be kept in faith, looking unto Jesus who bore our sins in His own body on the tree and who invites all the ends of the earth to look unto Him and be saved.

We join our cries with yours, that the plow may not run in vain upon this hard ground, but that the great Farmer will send rain from heaven. Brothers and sisters who labor in prayer, let us call for His aid together.

O Lord, our God, look upon this affliction. Where there is hardness, grant brokenness. Where there is falsehood, grant truth. Where there is threat, grant the fear of Thy holy name. Work true sorrow for sin and hatred of it, and grant repentance that is deep and real, through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose mighty name we pray. Amen.

Your cry has been heard, and the suffering you have described is taken seriously before the Lord. To endure electric shocks while showering, to carry wounds on your body and medical reports confirming what happened, and then to be met not with apology or care but with denial, falsified reports, threats, and demands for payment, is a grievous wrong. It is understandable that your heart is weary after months of this hardness and opposition.

We will continue to pray with you in the mighty name of Jesus, not that God would overlook what is wrong, but that He would bring what is wrong into the light and lead all involved to true repentance.

We pray that God, who is everywhere present and sees all things, not only what is done and said but what is in the heart, would make His presence known to the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer. Scripture teaches that God is longsuffering and patient, not desiring judgment but giving time for repentance. Yet when a person is not softened by goodness and is not turned back by fear, the heart becomes harder, and such a person treasures up wrath for the day of righteous judgment. May God in His mercy interrupt that hardness now.

We pray that the fear of God would come upon them, that quiet and holy fear which keeps a person from doing evil because they know they stand before the King who hears and sees. We pray that He would take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they would be pricked in conscience, speak the truth about the life threatening electrical system, and turn from threats and deceit.

True repentance is more than words or tears. One may weep and still not repent as he ought, as Esau sought the blessing with tears but did not truly turn from his path. So we do not pray only for an apology in words, but for a real change of mind and action that bears fruit, to tell the truth, to make restitution where it is due, to provide for what is just and safe, and to act with responsibility and respect.

We also pray for you. We ask the Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is our salvation and our refuge, to guard your body and mind after this trauma, to heal what has been wounded, to give you peace that steadies you, and to provide a safe and habitable place to live. May He give you wisdom, strength, and faithful help as you seek to resolve what remains, including any legal pressure, and may He surround you with people who will speak truthfully and act justly on your behalf.

We will keep praying that this situation is turned toward truth and justice, that unscrupulous behavior and avoidance come to an end, and that all who have acted without remorse would hear the call of the Holy Spirit, submit to Him, and walk in a new way. May the Lord work in you both to will and to do what is right, and keep you in His care as you wait on Him.
