Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this grave situation to the Lord. The hardness of heart, lack of remorse, and blatant disregard for human life displayed by those responsible for this life-threatening electrical hazard is deeply disturbing. The Word of God declares, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness" (Isaiah 5:20). What we see here is not merely negligence, it is a spirit of callousness that has taken root, leading to deception, threats, and a refusal to take responsibility for actions that could have cost lives.

Father, we stand in the gap for this situation, invoking the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We rebuke the spirit of deception that has led these individuals to falsify reports and prioritize greed over human life. We rebuke the hardness of heart that has made them indifferent to suffering and resistant to accountability. We declare that their hearts are not beyond Your reach, Lord. You promised, "I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh" (Ezekiel 11:19). We pray this transformation over the landlord, the lawyer, the contact person, and all involved. Break their hardness, Lord. Let conviction fall upon them like a heavy weight, and may they respond with godly sorrow that leads to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10).

We also lift up the one who has suffered in this situation. The physical wounds, emotional distress, and financial burden you have endured are not unseen by God. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray for your healing, body, mind, and soul. May the God of all comfort wrap His arms around you and restore what has been stolen from you (Joel 2:25). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand with you in faith, believing that justice will prevail.

Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation with Your divine power. Expose every lie, every falsified report, and every attempt to evade responsibility. Let the truth come to light as swiftly as possible, and may those who have acted unscrupulously face the consequences of their actions, not out of vengeance, but so that justice may be served and others may be protected from harm. We pray that the lawyer who has shown such a disturbing lack of empathy would be confronted by Your Spirit. May she recognize the gravity of her words and the danger of equating "comfort" with life-threatening conditions. Soften her heart, Lord, and let her see the humanity in those she is opposing.

We also pray for the landlord, who continues to threaten legal action despite the uninhabitable state of the property. Father, we ask that You would disrupt his plans and frustrate his efforts to further harm or intimidate. Let him see the error of his ways and turn from his wickedness. May he be overwhelmed by Your conviction and choose to make amends rather than perpetuate injustice.

We declare over this situation that the love of money, which is the root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10), will no longer hold these individuals captive. May they experience the freedom that comes from walking in integrity and humility before You. We pray that they would be moved to offer compensation, a sincere apology, and restitution for the harm they have caused. Let this situation be turned around for Your glory, Lord, and may Your name be lifted high through the transformation of hearts.

Finally, we pray for wisdom and protection for all those involved in seeking justice. Guide the steps of those who are advocating for truth, and let Your peace guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We trust in Your promise that "the Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). May this situation be resolved in a way that honors You, brings healing to the wounded, and turns the hearts of the unrepentant toward righteousness.
