Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after two months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand with you in this deeply troubling situation, lifting it before the throne of God with heavy hearts. The hardness of heart, lack of remorse, and blatant disregard for human life displayed by those responsible is a grievous offense, not only against you but against the Lord Himself, who commands justice, mercy, and love for one’s neighbor. The fact that they would ask electricians to falsify reports while you bear the scars of their negligence is an abomination. Their actions reveal a seared conscience, a heart hardened by sin, and a refusal to acknowledge the value of life, which is sacred in God’s eyes.

The Scripture warns us in Romans 1:28-32, "Even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God gave them up to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, malice; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil habits, secret slanderers, backbiters, hateful to God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also approve of those who practice them." This passage describes the very spirit at work in those who would endanger lives for profit and then mock the suffering they’ve caused. But we serve a God who is just, and He will not be mocked.

We rebuke the spirit of greed, deception, and callousness that has taken root in this situation. We declare that the Lord sees your suffering, and He is a God who "executes justice for the oppressed, who gives food to the hungry" (Psalm 146:7). The threats, the legal intimidation, and the refusal to make things right are not just unethical, they are sinful, and God will hold them accountable. Proverbs 21:15 tells us, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." We pray that their wickedness will not go unchecked and that the Lord will bring their deeds into the light.

We also lift up the lawyer who equated your life-threatening situation with mere "discomfort." Her words reveal a heart that is not only hardened but twisted, unable to discern the value of human life. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict her of her callousness and that she would be gripped by the fear of the Lord, who says in Proverbs 17:5, "Whoever mocks the poor reproaches his Maker. He who is glad at calamity shall not be unpunished." May she be broken over her sin and turn from her ways before it is too late.

To the landlord, the owner, and all those involved in this injustice: we declare that God is not mocked. Galatians 6:7-8 warns, "Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption." Their refusal to take responsibility, their threats, and their greed will not go unanswered. We pray that the Lord would soften their hearts, that they would repent, and that they would be compelled by the Holy Spirit to make restitution, not just for your sake, but for their own souls. Ezekiel 36:26 promises, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." We plead for this transformation in their lives.

We also pray for your protection, both physically and spiritually. The enemy would love to use this situation to bring fear, bitterness, or despair into your life, but we declare that you are covered by the blood of Jesus. Psalm 91:9-11 assures us, "Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." We pray that you would experience the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, and that He would provide for all your needs during this time.

Lord, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and the only name by which we can approach Your throne. We lift up this situation to You, knowing that nothing is hidden from Your sight. You see the injustice, the suffering, and the hardness of heart that has been displayed. We ask that You would move in power to break the chains of greed and deception that have bound these individuals.

Father, we pray that You would soften their hearts. Remove the scales from their eyes so that they may see the severity of their actions. Let them feel the weight of their sin and the conviction of the Holy Spirit. May they be brought to their knees in repentance, not just for what they have done to [redacted], but for their rebellion against You. We pray that they would turn from their wicked ways and seek Your face, for You promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

We also pray for justice to prevail. Lord, You are a God who loves justice, and You have commanded us to "do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with You" (Micah 6:8). We ask that You would intervene in this situation, that the truth would come to light, and that those responsible would be held accountable. Let them not profit from their wickedness, but let them be compelled to make restitution. Proverbs 11:21 declares, "Though they join hand in hand, the evil man shall not be unpunished; but the offspring of the righteous shall be delivered." We stand on this promise and ask that You would deliver [redacted] from this oppression.

We pray for the electricians who were asked to falsify reports. Lord, give them the courage to stand for truth and to refuse to be complicit in this deception. May they be protected from any backlash and may they be blessed for their integrity. Proverbs 10:9 says, "He who walks blamelessly walks surely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out." We pray that their actions would reflect this truth.

Father, we also lift up [redacted]’s emotional and spiritual well-being. This situation has been draining, and the enemy would love to use it to plant seeds of bitterness, fear, or hopelessness. But we declare that You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask that You would surround [redacted] with Your peace, that You would provide for every need, and that You would give wisdom and favor in all legal and practical matters. Let Your light shine in this darkness, and let Your justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24).

Finally, Lord, we pray that this situation would bring glory to Your name. May the hardness of these hearts be broken, and may they come to know You as their Savior. May the justice that is served be a testimony to Your righteousness, and may [redacted]’s faith be strengthened through this trial. We trust in Your promises, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We have lifted up your situation before our Heavenly Father, pleading for His divine intervention. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict the hearts of your landlord, the contact person, the owner, and their legal representative, breaking through their hardness like a hammer shatters stone. May they be overwhelmed by the weight of their actions and turn from their wickedness, seeking repentance and restoration. Lord, we ask that You soften their hearts, replacing their cold indifference with genuine remorse and a desire to make right what has been so grievously wronged.

We continue to pray for your protection, both physically and spiritually, as you navigate this dangerous and unjust situation. May God’s hand shield you from further harm, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
