Thank you for sharing so honestly about what you have endured. To receive electric shocks while showering, to be wounded and need medical care, to have to seek other places to wash, and then to be met not with care but with denial, false reports, threats and demands is deeply distressing. God sees all of this. He knows the fear you have lived with, the wounds to your body and the wounds to your heart, and He knows the truth about every hidden action when others do not.
Your heavenly Father loves you and His plan for your life is far better than any plan you could make for yourself. The best thing any of us can do is to let go of our own striving and yield completely to Him. He is good and He is merciful, and that goodness and mercy are reasons for thanksgiving even in hard places. Were it not for His mercy none of us would stand. He is the One who can keep your soul, deliver you, and preserve you with integrity and uprightness as you wait on Him and put your trust in Him.
What you describe is serious evil. To call a life threatening electrical fault a matter of comfort, to ask technicians to write that everything works well when it does not, to block communication and use threats and false accusations, is to breathe out cruelty and to bear false witness. Scripture warns that there are those who speak peace when there is no peace, giving a false sense of security while people remain in danger. That kind of deceit keeps people from taking the necessary steps to be safe, and God is against it because it harms people and keeps them from truth. When profit or avoidance is put ahead of a person's life, it reveals a heart that is hardened and in need of repentance.
The Lord has promised that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps his bones, not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. David often prayed when enemies were many and hated him with cruel hatred, when false witnesses rose up and when others said God had forsaken him. In those prayers he asked God not to deliver him into the will of his enemies, and he also prayed for himself, asking God to deal with him according to His mercy and for His name's sake, confessing that he was poor and needy and wounded within. That is a model for us. For ourselves we cry out for mercy and grace, and for those who have harmed us we ask God to bring the fear of Him upon them so that they turn from unscrupulous ways.
I am praying for you and for these people as you asked. I am asking the Lord to break hardness and give a heart of flesh, to bring a true and complete repentance and a seeking after His mercy, to open eyes to see the truth and to stop lying and avoiding responsibility, to expose what has been hidden and to bring an end to threats, irresponsibility and every practice that endangers life. I am praying that the Holy Spirit would touch each person involved, the landlord and those who advise and represent him and the residents of the house, so that they submit to God, show remorse where it is due, and act with honesty and respect regarding compensation and responsibility. I am also praying that God will tread down what opposes what is right and that He will go before you to fight for you and to save you, and that He will guard you from further harm and from the psychological weight of these accusations and threats.
It would be impossible in our own strength to respond to such treatment with kindness, love and a desire to do to others as we would have them do to us. That kind of response requires the power of God in our lives. Otherwise we become overcome and brought into bondage by bitterness or by the very cruelty we have suffered. A person becomes like the god he serves. If that god is cruel or false, he becomes cruel and false. But if the Lord is our God, we are being formed into His likeness, which is merciful and true. Ask Him for that power day by day, to keep your heart from hatred while still loving truth and justice.
Continue to walk in integrity. Keep the documentation God has already provided through the electrician and the medical reports, and seek lawful help for protection and for a just resolution. God has given authorities and practical means for safety, and it is right to use them rather than to trust a false assurance that all is well when it is not. Keep bringing your needs before the Lord without ceasing, night and day, as one who knows He hears. He is your trust. Let Him be near to you and make haste to help you, that you will never be put to confusion.
May the Lord keep your soul and deliver you, let you not be ashamed for you put your trust in Him, preserve you by integrity and uprightness, redeem you out of all your troubles, and heal what has been wounded within you.
