Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

Update: While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23:
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.
Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.

Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again.

Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth.

The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

We hear the heaviness and distress in what you have shared and we stand with you together before the Lord in Jesus' mighty name, asking for His justice, protection, and mercy to be made manifest in this situation.

What you describe grieves the heart of God. To knowingly leave a life threatening electrical system unrepaired, to ask electricians to falsify a report and write that everything works well, to ignore documented electric shocks and wounds sustained while showering, and to respond with threats, blocked communication, and demands for fees instead of repentance and responsibility is utterly evil and hard hearted. The Lord hates dishonesty and the shedding of innocent blood. As it is written, You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor Exodus 20:16 and A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but accurate weights are his delight Proverbs 11:1. To endanger life for profit and to call a life threatening danger mere comfort reveals a heart that does not fear God. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom Proverbs 9:10 and we rebuke this unscrupulous behavior, this irresponsibility, this avoidance, and every attempt to cover sin with lies. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. God sees what is done in secret and He will expose the truth, whether it concerns the falsified report, the disconnected protection that caused shocks, or the suspected unlawful entry into your former apartment.

We also rebuke the violent opposition, the lowest morale, and the threats of forced eviction against you when you sought only safety. The Lord commands those in authority and those who hold power over others to seek justice, correct oppression, defend the fatherless, plead for the widow Isaiah 1:17 and to learn to do well and to do what is just Micah 6:8. A landlord is entrusted with stewardship of a dwelling and to knowingly rent an uninhabitable and dangerous place is to sin against both man and God.

We do not take vengeance into our own hands, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19 and God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap Galatians 6:7. Yet we are also instructed not to hide injustice but to appeal to proper authority, for the ruler is a servant of God to you for good, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil Romans 13:4. We encourage you to continue to keep every medical report, photograph, electrician documentation, and all written communication, and to seek godly and lawful counsel and the help of the proper housing and legal authorities so that the truth is established and life is protected. This is not seeking revenge but seeking righteousness and protection for yourself and for any future residents.

We pray for your healing and peace. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all Psalm 34:19 and Affliction will slay the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned Psalm 34:21. We ask the Lord to heal your body from the wounds of the shocks, to heal your mind from the psychological damage and fear, and to be your refuge. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. We thank Him that He has protected you from further harm and from false accusation, as with the woman who shouted lies that you had entered a house you never entered. The Lord knows the truth and He will vindicate you.

We also obey the command of our Lord to love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you Matthew 5:44, so we pray earnestly for the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer. We ask that the Holy Spirit convict them deeply and break their hardness. We pray that God will take away the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26, that the fear of God would fall upon them, that they would stop lying, take responsibility, show genuine remorse, apologize with sincerity, and pay just compensation with due respect. We pray that they would no longer block communication and make threats but would submit to God and walk in truth.

We join our faith with yours and pray together.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace. You see all that has happened, every shock, every wound, every falsified word, every threat, every sleepless night. Lord, we ask You to intervene. Bring this hidden evil into the light, expose every lie, and let truth prevail. Soften these hard hearts, grant them repentance and godly sorrow that leads to apology and restitution. Let Your holy fear come upon them so they turn from sadistic and antisocial ways and choose life. Protect our dear one from all further harm, from retaliation, from false accusation, and from legal intimidation. Heal body and soul, restore peace, and provide wise, honest advocates and authorities who will act justly. Let justice be done, let compensation be paid where it is owed, and let this dwelling be made safe so no one else is endangered. If you have not already, it may help to have a trusted local tenant advice service or legal aid advocate review the paperwork and communications with you, and to keep any further contact in writing with a safe person copied in. Your heavy burden has been laid before the Lord with prayer and with tears, and we have entreated Him on your behalf.

We have heard of the shocks endured in that dwelling, the wounds to your body, the medical testimony you bear, the life threatening state of the electrics attested by the workman, and the hardness of those who should have shown care but have instead demanded payment, threatened eviction, spoken of comfort where there was danger, and refused all remorse or restitution even after you departed. We have heard also of the fear that others entered your home, of the false accusation brought against you by one you had never known, and of the long continuance of threats and low dealing which weighs upon your spirit. The Lord sees these things. He who keeps all the bones of the righteous and delivers him out of all his afflictions is not blind to affliction, nor deaf to the cry of those who are wronged.

We take comfort for you from the Word that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ has healing in it. There is not a word that falls from His lips but bears healing for some ill of our humanity, and the balm is at Calvary alone. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. You have been wounded in body and in spirit, and we pray that the Lord Himself will be your Physician, that He will heal the hurt to your flesh, calm the agitation of your bosom, and give you that peace with God which passes all understanding through the forgiveness that is in Christ Jesus. Look to Him who calls you, for to every sinner anxious to find Him this is a note of good comfort, that He calls you to Himself. There is succour and solace at the Rock, and when the waters of affliction have covered all the earth we fly back to our Ark and find rest.

We pray also with you for those who have dealt so hardly with you. We do not ask God to prosper unscrupulous behaviour or to bless the way of evasion and deceit, for God is great in justice and must be honoured as just. We pray rather that He will put His fear in their hearts, that He will take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that He will bring them to penitence and to truth. May the Lord who overrules the darkest conspiracy and brings it to confusion grant that what has been hidden be exposed, that what is false be refuted, and that the truth be made plain to all who dwell in that house and to all who judge this matter. We pray that the landlord, the lawyer and all who have counselled falsifying of reports and denial of responsibility may be led to turn from their evil ways, to speak truth, to make just restitution where it is due, and above all to seek mercy through the blood of Christ, for there is no salvation hoped for from the hills of human contrivance, but truly in the Lord our God is the salvation of His people.

We pray for your preservation and deliverance. He who will ransom His own from the power of the grave can certainly restore from sickness, from slander, from the pit of trouble, and from peril. May He preserve you from all evil and preserve your soul, keep you from further harm, provide for you a safe and habitable dwelling, and give wisdom to magistrates and all in authority to act justly. Keep careful record of what you have suffered and seek the lawful protection and counsel which Providence provides, while you cast your ultimate care upon Him who is your Redeemer.

Your pain and the danger you have endured have been heard with deep sorrow. To receive electric shocks while showering, to carry wounds on your skin and medical reports that confirm it, and then to be met not with help but with threats, blocked communication, demands for fees and even a falsified report, is a grievous wrong. That those responsible would call a life threatening fault a matter of comfort and press for eviction instead of repair shows how hardened a heart can become. God sees all of this, and He does not overlook those who suffer wrongfully.

Scripture teaches that hardness of heart leads to unbelief, and like a calloused part of the body that no longer yields to the physician's hand, a hardened soul no longer yields to the word of God. We are also taught that God is the righteous Judge, strong and patient, and that He bears long with people not because He approves of evil, but because He is long suffering and desires to lead them to repentance. He gives time, He warns, He shows goodness, so that they might turn. But if a person continues unyielding and without remorse, he treasures up wrath for himself against the day when God will reveal His righteous judgment. Then each person will receive what is due, for here many can harm others without justice, but there it will not be so. This is why we pray both for justice and for mercy while there is still time to repent.

True repentance is more than tears or words. The medicine of repentance begins when a person condemns his own sin, confesses it openly before God, and turns from it. Tears alone do not prove repentance if the heart remains unchanged and the wrong continues, as we see when someone can weep and yet still plan harm. Godly sorrow is different. It works a change that brings salvation and no regret, it makes the soul soft and willing to make right what was done wrong, to tell the truth, to repair what is broken, and to offer restitution with respect. A faked report, a lie, a threat, or an accusation against an innocent person is the opposite of this. The Church is meant to be a hospital and a bath for the soul, where stains are washed away through honest confession and a new way of life.

Therefore we will continue to pray with you in the mighty name of Jesus. We pray that God would break the hardness in these hearts and give them a heart of flesh, that the fear of God would come upon the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer, and upon anyone who has spoken falsely about you. We ask that the Holy Spirit would convict them to stop lying, to take responsibility, to speak the truth about the electrical system, to apologize with sincerity, and to provide just compensation and repair where it is due. We pray that what has been hidden would be exposed, that if the heating system was tampered with or safety devices were disconnected, the truth would be made clear, and that the false accusation made against you by the woman who shouted lies would be shown for what it is. We pray for the residents of that house, that they would see the truth and not be led by hearsay.

We also pray for you, that the Lord who delivers the righteous out of many afflictions would keep you in safety, heal your body from the wounds and shocks, heal the distress this long struggle has caused, and guard you from further intrusion, threat, or harm. May He vindicate you, provide for your needs, and give you wisdom as you keep medical records, photographs, electrician reports, and all communication, and as you seek lawful help from proper authorities for protection and justice. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay with perfect justice, but He also calls us to pursue what is right and to seek the protection of the law while entrusting our hearts to Him, not returning evil for evil but overcoming evil with good through truth and patience.

We stand with you in prayer that this situation would be turned around, not only for your relief but for the repentance and salvation of those who have done wrong, that they would hear His call, submit to Him, and bear the fruit of godly sorrow.
