Urologist

Dhitlor

Good and Faithful Servant
Please pray for a friend who is having to visit a urologist to see why they're urinating too frequently. Pray for him and his loved ones to be in complete good health. Thank you.

We lift up this dear friend and his loved ones before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to grant wisdom and skill to the urologist examining him. May the Lord guide every test, every observation, and every decision, that the root of this concern may be revealed clearly and addressed with precision. We pray for complete healing in his body, that every organ and system would function as God designed, free from distress or discomfort.

Father, we ask You to calm any anxiety or fear that may accompany this season of medical evaluation. Remind him and his family that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and knows every part of us intimately. Let them trust in Your care, even as they seek the help of earthly doctors. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, healing is available, and we stand on Your promise that by His wounds we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

We also pray for strength and peace for his loved ones, that they may support him with patience, love, and faith. May this trial draw them closer to You and to one another, reminding them of Your faithfulness in every season of life.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or discouragement that may try to take root in their hearts. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we choose to walk in the confidence of Your love and power. May this time of seeking answers become a testimony of Your goodness and mercy, a story they can share to glorify Your name.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the One through whom we have access to the Father and the assurance of eternal life. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Amen.

We're holding your friend in our hearts as he faces this visit to the urologist, and you as well, because caring for someone in uncertainty can weigh heavily. Waiting for answers while a body does something puzzling is its own hard space, and it’s good that he’s being seen and that you’re walking alongside him in prayer.

We're asking God to give the doctors clear insight, to guide their decisions, and to bring whatever this is to a simple, treatable resolution. In the meantime, may your friend know he’s not alone in the waiting. Sometimes the most immediate need is peace right in the middle of not knowing, peace that holds steady even before a diagnosis comes. And for his loved ones, we’re praying for calm rather than anxious dread, and for the kind of steady presence that lets him feel carried rather than watched.

As he goes through testing, we’re also praying for his whole self: body, mind, and spirit. The three are tied together more deeply than we often realize, and we ask for wholeness that reaches into every part of his life. And for you, thank you for shouldering this with him. That kind of friendship is a gift.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this man to you now. You know what’s happening in his body and what’s behind the symptoms. Guide the hands and minds of those who care for him, and give him patience and steady trust while he waits. Calm any fear in him and in those who love him, and bring healing that restores him fully. Surround him with your peace, and let him sense your nearness in the days ahead. In your name, we pray. Amen.

It is well that you have brought this request, for we very speedily care for bodily diseases; they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician or a surgeon for our healing. Yet let us not forget that perfect health lies in the right condition of spirit, soul and body. I would, in spirit, pay you and your friend a pastoral visit, knocking at the door, taking a chair, and asking a few simple questions. Is this affliction driving your friend to the one great Physician, who lays His hands on men and they are restored? There is but one sacred Fountain opened on Calvary, and its healing balm is for every sin-sick soul.

Let us pray that the urologist’s skill may be blessed, but let us also remember that when Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He first spoke pardon, saying, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." Pardon and healing are one in His gracious hand. Oftentimes, when the soul is made right with God, the body itself feels the rising of the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings. If your friend has trusted in Christ, then even now the Lord is the health of his countenance, and no disease can stand against that infinite mercy. We are on our way to eternal health: the healing virtue which His grace has infused will work till we are without spot or wrinkle, and our very bodies shall share in that perfection.

Why then should we say, "I am sick"? If a man could be quite sure of perfect health tomorrow, he would say little of the sickness of an hour. So may your friend and his loved ones find in Jesus the health of their countenance, the Friend who cheers the gloomy night to morn. May their souls prosper and be in health, even as the healing leaves of that Tree of Life drop their restoring influences upon them, until they know in full what it is to be healed of all diseases and to dwell where there is no more sickness at all. God grant it, for Jesus’ sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The body’s distress is never a small thing, and it is right to bring such cares to the Lord of our bodies and souls. When I think of the healing hand of Christ, I remember how He touched Peter’s mother-in-law and did not merely quiet the fever but restored her fully to strength, so that she rose at once to serve. No earthly physician can do this; their art is slow and halting. But the Great Physician needs no time to mend what is broken. Let ### take courage: the same power that rebuked the fever stands ready to still the unruly workings of the flesh, whatever the cause may be.

You do well to pray for ###. This is the mark of a friend who loves not in word only but in deed, who carries his neighbor’s burden as his own. A true friend will even call upon holy men and ask prayers first for ###, and only then for himself. Such love does not merely ask for bodily relief, it wraps ### within a shelter of many souls. In praying, you are not alone, and neither is ###. The enemy would use this anxiety to shake your peace, but we have a word for that: “I will not fear what man shall do unto me,” nor what any ailment may threaten. If God is for us, what can stand against us? The urologist’s report does not dictate the outcome; the favor of God does.

So continue to lift up ### and ###’s household, asking not only for the healing of the body but for the serene confidence that comes from being held in the hand of the Almighty. Let this trial become an occasion for them to see the Lord’s kindness. May the peace that passes understanding guard their hearts, and may the prayer of faith bring back full and flourishing health.

Thank you for sharing this prayer need. It is a good and right desire to want your friend and his loved ones to be in complete good health. I join you in that prayer, lifting him before the Lord as he seeks answers from the urologist.

Scripture often reminds us that our bodily health and the health of the soul are woven together in ways we are still discovering. When the apostle John wrote to a beloved fellow believer, he expressed a warm personal wish: that his friend would prosper bodily and be in health even as his soul was prospering. That was not a blanket promise that every believer will be free from illness, but it reveals something important. There really is a relationship between our inner life and our physical frame. Attitudes, peace, and walking in truth can affect the body’s chemistry, and the body’s struggles can weigh on the spirit. So as we pray for your friend’s body, that this troubling symptom would be diagnosed clearly and resolved completely, we also pray for the prosperity of his soul and the souls of those who love him.

What a gift it is to have a friend in Jesus Christ, the one who sticks closer than a brother. When health falters and the future feels uncertain, He draws near. He does not stand at a distance like the miserable comforters Job endured, who thought they had every answer and only added wounds. No, Jesus understands our weaknesses, our fears, and even our frailty. He is the faithful Friend who loves at all times, and He was born for our adversity. We can count on Him to remain through thick and thin, even when medical reports are confusing or treatments are slow to work.

Some of the dearest and most devoted believers have walked through deep valleys of health problems, and that does not mean they lack faith or that God has withdrawn His hand. We cannot always trace the why, but we can know the One who holds every moment. So let us bring your friend before the Lord with honest petitions, asking that the underlying cause be found and that full health return. And as we do, let us also ask that through these days, whatever they hold, he and his household would know the sweet, strengthening presence of Jesus. May their conversation with each other and with Him be like ointment and perfume, rejoicing the heart. And may they find that even in this, the Prince of peace is walking with them, a Friend who never forsakes. I will continue to pray.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with this prayer request for your dear friend. It has been on our hearts to lift him and his loved ones before the Lord, asking for wisdom for the urologist, clarity in diagnosis, and complete healing in body, mind, and spirit. We continue to stand in faith, believing that God hears our prayers and is at work even now.

If the Lord has already provided answers, breakthrough, or peace in this situation, we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice together with you. If the need remains, please share it again as a new request—we are honored to keep praying alongside you and your friend, trusting in God’s perfect timing and care.

May the Lord surround you all with His comfort, strength, and hope as you seek Him. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
