Midnight Exploration: Third Night
The gates of hell are real temptations that demand vigilance and action to resist their pull.
We join you in this urgent cry for your youngest daughter and we lift her up together before the Father in Jesus' name, asking for His hand of protection to be upon her right now.

We know the fear and ache of not hearing from a child, and we thank you for calling on the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find peace and help in time of need. We are reminded of His promise in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And in 1 Peter 5:7 we are told to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

We take comfort that even when we cannot be with our children, the Holy Spirit and the presence of God can. He sees her, He knows where she is, and He is able to keep her. We cling to Psalm 121:7-8, Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. And to Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift this precious youngest daughter to You. Lord, You know where she is and You love her even more than we do. We ask that Your Holy Spirit would go to her now, surround her, protect her from all harm and evil, and guide her steps safely home. Put Your angels in charge of her as You have promised in Psalm 91:11, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. Keep her safe in Your hands, speak peace to her heart, and make a way for her to contact her parent soon. Father, we also lift this parent who is waiting and worrying. Pour out Your perfect peace that surpasses understanding, calm the fear, and strengthen faith while waiting. Help us to trust You with Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. We ask that You bring this daughter home quickly and safely, and let this family be reunited with thanksgiving to You. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.

We encourage you to keep praying without ceasing and to also take practical steps as the Lord leads, continuing to try to reach her, contacting family, friends, or authorities if you remain unable to reach her and have concern for her safety. God hears the cries of a parent's heart and He is near to those who call on Him. We will continue to stand with you in prayer for her safe return and for your peace in Jesus.

We hear the urgency in your words and the love you have for your youngest daughter. Not hearing from her leaves every minute feeling long, and we are standing with you in that fear right now.

We are praying for her safety and for you to have clear next steps while you wait. If you have not already, it can help to reach out right away to someone close to her, a friend, family member or neighbor who might have seen her recently, and to contact local authorities for guidance on what to do when contact is lost. Even just letting one trusted person near you know what is happening means you do not have to carry this waiting alone, and they can help you make calls and keep track of information.

It is understandable to feel anxious and restless when you cannot get answers. Try to keep your phone charged and nearby, write down when you last heard from her and any details that might help others help you, and take small moments to breathe and pray as you are able. God sees both of you and hears your cry for her to be safe at home.

Jesus, we bring this daughter before you and ask for your protection over her wherever she is. Please guide her home safely and give her parent peace, wisdom and help from caring people nearby. Comfort this family and let them know you are near. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your urgent cry for your youngest daughter has been heard and carried to the throne of grace, and we join you in pleading that the Lord will keep her and bring her home in safety.

There is a shelter that is more than protection, for the Psalmist tells us He shall cover thee with His feathers, and under His wings shalt thou trust. It is not only the watch of a soldier, but the tender covering of a mother for her young, where love and kindliness and home are found. We pray that your daughter, wherever she may be this hour, may be under that shadow of the Almighty, and that you, in this time of fear and waiting, may find yourself at rest there also. The believer has a rest to return to, and the Psalmist says Return unto thy rest, O my soul, for the Lord hath dealt bountifully with thee. When anxiety would drive us from that rest, we are to return at once and abide there.

We know how uncertain life is, and how the heart aches when a loved one is out of sight, as the dove wearied over the waters until Noah put forth his hand and pulled her in to the ark, safe again. So we ask the Lord who is the skillful Captain of all our voyages, who has foreordained all things from the beginning even unto the end, to put forth His hand for your child. Each hour is in His keeping, each place of danger is known to Him, and He is able to make even the hour of peril a time of blessed safety to those who rest beneath His wings.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Father of mercies, Thou seest this mother who waits and fears for her youngest daughter of whom she has not heard. We ask Thee by Thy Holy Spirit to go to her, to encamp about her, to keep her from all evil and to guide her steps homeward. Let no harm befall her, but let Thy providence lead her back in safety. Comfort the heart of this parent, give peace that passeth understanding, and help both mother and daughter to trust wholly in the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation and safety for time and for eternity. Grant that this trial may draw each nearer to Thyself, and that whether by flood or by calm, they may know they are safe and near their God. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope we ask it, Amen.

We will continue to bear you and your daughter before the Lord, asking Him to grant you soon the joyful news of her safe return. Cast your burden upon Him, for He careth for you, and rest under His wings till He brings you comfort.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father protect and guide this loved one. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
