We hear the burden of your heart for yourself and your girls in this dangerous world and we join you in lifting them before the throne of grace in Jesus name. We know your love as a mother and we know even more the perfect love of our Heavenly Father who watches over His children.
We stand on His promise of protection for you and for each of your daughters. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. We claim His faithfulness over you that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. And for your youngest as she drives, studies, and works so diligently to put herself through school, we pray the covering of Psalm 121:7-8 that Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. We also claim Psalm 91:11 that He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways over her every mile on the road, in her school and in her workplace. We thank God for her diligence and perseverance and we ask Him to continue to be her shield and to make her paths straight as she trusts in Him Proverbs 3:5-6.
We also hear your heart for your daughters who desire marriage and have only encountered narcissistic and harmful people. We grieve with you over the pain this has caused and we want to encourage you that God honors the desire for godly marriage. Marriage is a holy covenant ordained by God between a man and a woman for life, as Jesus said a man will leave his father and his mother and will be joined to his wife and they will be one flesh Genesis 2:24. Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh Proverbs 18:22. It is good and right that they desire marriage rather than mere partnerships or dating without purpose. We pray they will see courtship as preparation for marriage to a fellow believer in Christ, not simply as a boyfriend or girlfriend relationship.
We encourage them to guard their hearts with all diligence for out of it is the wellspring of life Proverbs 4:23 and to not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity or what fellowship has light with darkness 2 Corinthians 6:14. A narcissistic person who is self centered and manipulative is not reflecting the sacrificial love Christ calls a husband to show. We pray they will have discernment to recognize the fruit of the Spirit in a man and to wait on the Lord's timing rather than settling for counterfeits that bring hurt. We pray they will delight themselves in Yahweh and trust Him to give them the desires of their heart Psalm 37:4 and to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness with confidence that all these things will be added to them Matthew 6:33. We pray the Lord will bring godly men who love Jesus above all else, who will honor, cherish and lead their homes in holiness.
We pray together now for you all. Father in heaven we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only access to Your throne and our only hope of salvation, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We thank You that Jesus is our mediator and our protector. We lift up this dear mother and her daughters to You. Place Your hedge of protection around each of them in this world. Keep them from harm, from evil men and from the schemes of the enemy. We specifically place Your hand upon the youngest daughter, cover her car and her travels, give her alertness and wisdom behind the wheel, keep her safe going out and coming in, and bless the work of her hands as she studies and labors. Let her feel Your nearness and provision. For the daughters who desire marriage, Father we ask You to heal any wounds from past narcissistic relationships, restore their confidence and hope, and prepare godly husbands for them in Your perfect timing. Help them to walk in purity and wisdom and to be equally yoked with men who love You and will love them as Christ loves the church. Give this mother peace that passes all understanding and help her not to be afraid for You are with her, You will strengthen her and uphold her with the right hand of Your righteousness Isaiah 41:10. We trust You to keep and establish this family for Your glory. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We thank God to see your love for your girls and your desire to see them kept in this world. Be assured that He that keepeth Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps, and lest any hurt His people He keeps them night and day. Our safety lies not in our own watchfulness but in our Savior, for unto Him that is able to keep you from falling we commend you. He is as wise as He is able, and there is no safer place than under His constant protection, whose river of grace rolls on with undiminished volume toward those who fear Him.
We lift up your youngest daughter to the Lord even now as she drives. She is barely an adult, given to diligence in her studies and in honest work to put herself through school, and the Lord sees that faithfulness. We pray that the Lord will be her keeper on the road, that He will give her a watchful eye and a steady hand, and bring her safely to her journey's end. May she know that godly fear is a strong confidence, and that a child who walks in the way of her godly mother has a sure guide. We pray you will both be kept from falling and presented in safety by His mighty hand.

Having met only those who have shown themselves selfish and narcissistic, they have known disappointment, but we pray the Lord will give them discernment to mark character, to pause before any deviation from the godly road in which you have sought to lead them, and to wait upon Him who provides far better than we can choose for ourselves. We do not ask God to bless any way that is contrary to His Word, but we do ask Him to lead them, if it be His will for them to marry, to godly men who will love them as Christ loves His Church, and to keep them pure and patient until that time. Your urgent prayer for safety has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord.
We pray for you and for your daughters in this present world which is so full of sudden dangers and temptations. We ask the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation, to cover you all with His protection and to keep you in His peace. For your youngest who is driving even now, we ask for His mercy on the road, for watchfulness and clear mind for her, and for His hand to keep her from harm. We thank God that she is working diligently to put herself through school, and we ask Him to strengthen her, to provide for her needs, and to guard her steps.
We also lift up your daughters who desire marriage. That desire is good and honorable, for God Himself made marriage at the beginning, making them male and female, that a man should leave father and mother and cleave to his wife and they two shall be one flesh. Marriage is honorable and pure, and it preserves holiness when lived in faithfulness and chastity. Do not be discouraged because they have met only selfish and narcissistic people. Many are led astray by outward appearances and flattery, but the Lord looks at the heart. Pray with them that they may be kept from fornication and from being quickly taken captive, and that they may learn to delight in chastity, humility and the fear of God, which no harlot can counterfeit. Such virtue is the true ornament and the true safety.
Encourage them to use this time of waiting not in anxiety but in seeking holiness and in following peace with all people. Marriage itself is not a hindrance, but the purpose of the heart makes it a blessing. If they seek first to attend upon the Lord without distraction, growing in every good work and in prayer, He will give wisdom to discern character and to recognize a faithful man who will love them as Christ loves the Church. Do not place your ultimate hope for safety in a husband or child, but in God who loves you exceedingly and is jealous for your love. He alone is your true protector, and whether He gives marriage or calls to singleness, He will not forsake those who trust Him.
