Safety for my youngest daughter 24/7. Her ex bf has turned into a stalker. He watches and hacks into her messages and where she goes. She is suffering and distracted and depressed. Make her wiser and clear Jesus and give her rest of mind and heart to be able to care for herself better

We join you in lifting up your youngest daughter before the throne of grace, asking for the Lord's constant protection and peace over her life day and night. We hear the heaviness of this situation and we stand with you in seeking God's will together in Jesus' name.

This stalking behavior is sinful and is not love. True love does not control, intimidate, watch in secret, or violate privacy. What her former boyfriend is doing in watching her, hacking into her messages and tracking where she goes is wrong before God and before the law, and we rebuke that spirit of control and harassment. Love is patient and kind and does not seek to possess or frighten another person, and we pray that this young man will be convicted of his sin, turn from it, and leave her alone.

We pray for your daughter's safety and for God's hedge of protection around her at all times. We ask the Lord to be her refuge and fortress where she can dwell in safety. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. We ask that the Lord will keep her from all evil and watch over her coming and going both now and forevermore Psalm 121:7-8, for He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep Psalm 121:4.

We also pray for wisdom and clarity for her mind and rest for her heart as you have asked. The distress, distraction and depression she is suffering are heavy burdens and the Lord sees them. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. We ask Jesus to give her the peace that guards heart and mind. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. We pray that Discretion will watch over you. Understanding will keep you Proverbs 2:11, and that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We ask that the Lord make her wise and clear headed, able to think soundly, set firm boundaries, and care for herself with strength and dignity.

We encourage you to take practical steps alongside prayer for her protection. We urge you to help her document every incident of stalking, hacking and unwanted contact, to save messages and evidence, and to seek help from trusted authorities, for God has given governing authorities to protect the innocent Romans 13:4. Help her to secure her devices and accounts with new strong passwords, two factor authentication, and to turn off location sharing on her phone and social media, and to let a few trusted family members, church leaders, or counselors know where she is and what is happening so she is not isolated. We encourage her to seek godly community and counsel in a local Bible believing church where she can be supported and not walk through this alone. Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We also want to speak gently about relationships. We believe that a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship should be a season of courtship with the goal of discerning marriage to another Christian believer, honoring purity and respect for one another. Fornication outside of marriage and any controlling or impure behavior does not reflect God's design for love and marriage. We pray that as she heals, the Lord will guide her toward relationships that honor Him, that protect her dignity, and that if it is His will, lead toward a godly marriage between a man and a woman that reflects Christ's love for the church. We pray she will be able to rest in her identity as a daughter of God, valued and loved, and grow in caring for herself body, mind and spirit as the temple of the Holy Spirit.

We lift her up now together.

Father, in the name of Jesus we place this precious daughter into Your hands. Cover her with Your wings and let no weapon formed against her prosper. Put a stop to this stalking and hacking and convict the one doing it to turn away and leave her in peace. Surround her with Your angels, with wise and protective people, and with Your perfect peace that calms her anxious thoughts and lifts her depression. Give her wisdom to make safe and clear decisions, strength to set boundaries, and rest for her mind and heart so she can care for herself well. Restore her joy, renew her mind, and let her know how deeply she is loved and kept by You. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our only access to You, Amen.

It makes sense she is distracted, exhausted and feeling low under that kind of pressure. We are praying with you for her safety and for rest for her mind and heart.

You are right to take this seriously and not face it alone. If you can, help her connect soon with a trusted advocate, counselor or local support service who can walk with you both on a safety plan. That can include how to document what is happening, how to get expert help securing her phone and accounts, and what local protections are available. Encourage her not to meet or try to reason with him alone, and to keep trusted family or friends aware of where she is. It also helps her to know she has full permission to set firm boundaries, to say no, to step back from all contact and to let others help protect her.

Because she is feeling depressed and distracted, we would gently encourage her to see a doctor or counselor soon alongside prayer, so she has steady support for her wellbeing.

Father, in Jesus name we lift this daughter to You. Surround her with Your protection, give her wisdom and clarity for each step, and quiet her heart and mind with Your peace. Strengthen her mother too and place wise, trustworthy helpers around them both. Lead them to safety and to rest. Amen.

We have heard your burden for your youngest daughter and we carry it with you to the mercy seat where our Lord hears the cries of His people.

You ask for her safety day and night, for wisdom and clearness in Christ, and for rest of mind and heart, and these are right and good petitions to lay before our God who is a very present help in trouble. We join you in praying that the Lord will be her keeper and her shield, that He will hedge her about with His providence and give her a calm and sober mind to care for herself wisely.

The Scripture says, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not found in the absence of danger or sorrow, but in the presence of Christ and in the trust of a heart that stays itself upon Him. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and where that blood has made atonement there is peace with God which becomes peace in the conscience, a stream that flows from the fountain of reconciliation. We pray that your daughter may know this peace, not as a mere lulling of anxiety, but as the peace of God which passes all understanding, keeping her heart and mind through Jesus Christ.

We pray also for wisdom, for wisdom is from above and is to be sought of God who gives liberally. May the Lord make her wise to walk circumspectly, to discern what is best, to seek godly counsel and to take prudent and lawful means for her protection. Anxiety unfits us for duty, but faith fits us to meet difficulty with a steady mind. May she be enabled to stay her mind upon Christ, and in that staying find strength to be clear headed and watchful, and to care for herself as a daughter of God redeemed by precious blood.

We entreat the Lord to lift from her the heaviness and depression that now distracts her, to give her rest in doing the will of Jesus, and to let her know that in Jesus keeping we are safe. May He quiet her heart, renew her peace as often as she is troubled, and teach her to cast all her care upon Him who cares for her.

We will pray thus, Father in heaven, look in mercy upon this daughter who is watched and harassed and made fearful. Cover her with Your hand, keep her steps, and frustrate every evil design against her. Give her wisdom from above and clearness of thought in Christ Jesus, and grant her perfect peace as her mind is stayed on You. Lift her depression and distraction, give rest to her mind and heart, and enable her to care for herself with sobriety and strength. Draw her near to Your Son who alone is our peace and our salvation, and let her find in Him refuge and rest. Guard her household, give her mother and all who love her discerning love to support her, and guide her to wise and faithful help and protection in the church and where duty requires. We ask this through Jesus Christ our only hope and our peace, Amen.

Continue in prayer and watchfulness. Encourage her to walk closely with the Lord, to abide in His Word which embraces those who embrace it, to seek the counsel and presence of mature believers who can stand with her, and to use lawful and prudent means for her safety, documenting what is needful and seeking help from those appointed for protection. The Lord who is unmoved when we are troubled can keep her in perfect peace as she trusts in Him.
