And we claim His promise, Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. We also pray for your heart in this anxious waiting, that God will steady you with His peace. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. We have heard your urgent cry for your daughter out on her run as night has come and without her phone, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace even now. The Lord who neither slumbers nor sleeps watches over her path, and He hears the prayer of a parent's troubled heart.
Hear what the Lord says to fearful hearts, Fear not, for I will help thee. Fear not, for I am with thee. Be not dismayed, for I am thy God. It is not disobedience to feel the trembling of a parent's love, but it would be disobedience to remain in fear when Jesus Himself whispers, Fear not. Your safety and hers lies not in being afraid, but in trusting Him whose arm piled the heavens and who sustains all things.

O Father, wise and able to keep, we bring this dear daughter before Thee. Thou knowest where she is, though we do not. Thou seest her steps in the darkness.
