We lift our hearts together in deep concern and urgency for your youngest daughter’s safety and well-being. Father God, we come before You with trembling hearts, asking for Your divine protection over her life. The Scripture assures us in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Lord, we claim this promise over her now—send Your angels to encircle her, to shield her from harm, and to guide her steps away from any influence that does not honor You.
We are grieved by the mention of this man who may not be a man of God, and we join with you in crying out for her deliverance. Proverbs 22:24-25 warns, "Don’t make friends with a hot-tempered man, and don’t associate with one who harbors anger: lest you learn his ways, and ensnare your soul." If this relationship is not rooted in Your truth, Lord, we ask that You intervene powerfully today. Break any ungodly soul ties, sever any unhealthy attachments, and lead her away from this path. Give her the strength to walk away, the wisdom to see the truth, and the courage to trust in Your plan for her life.
We also pray for wisdom—both for her and for you as her parent. James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Father, pour out Your wisdom upon her heart. Let her see this situation through Your eyes, and grant her the discernment to recognize what aligns with Your will and what does not. For you, as her parent, we ask for the right words, the right actions, and the right timing to guide her with love and firmness. May your home be a place of refuge, truth, and godly counsel for her.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of deception or blindness that may be clouding her judgment. We declare that her eyes will be opened to the truth, and her heart will be softened to receive Your correction. If there has been any compromise in her walk with You—whether through emotional attachment, physical intimacy, or spiritual neglect—we ask for Your forgiveness and restoration. 1 John 1:9 reminds us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Bring conviction where it is needed, but also pour out Your grace and mercy to lead her back to You.
We also lift up her future, Lord. You have a plan for her life—a plan for hope and a future, as Jeremiah 29:11 declares. We ask that You would prepare a godly spouse for her, one who loves You above all else and who will cherish her as Christ cherishes the Church. Guard her heart from settling for less than Your best, and help her to wait on You with patience and faith.
Father, we stand in the gap for this precious daughter, believing that You hear our cries. We trust in Your power to move mountains and to change hearts. Give her parents the strength to intercede faithfully and the peace that surpasses all understanding as they wait on You. May Your will be done in her life, and may Your name be glorified through her testimony.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
