We lift up your urgent concerns before the Lord, trusting in His sovereign protection and provision. Our confidence rests in Him alone, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Your daughter’s safety is a deep concern, especially in light of the recent violence in the area. We are reminded of God’s promise in Psalm 91:11-12, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* Let us pray with faith that the Lord will surround her with His heavenly protection as she travels. As for her entrance tests and new program, we pray that the Lord would grant her wisdom, clarity, and favor. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5, WEB). We ask that the Lord would help her to focus and excel, not for her own glory, but to honor Him in all she does. However, we must also gently remind you that praying for her studies to be "fast and easy" may not align with God’s purpose for her growth. Trials and diligence often produce perseverance and character (Romans 5:3-4), and we pray that she would embrace this season as an opportunity to rely on the Lord’s strength. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB).
Regarding the house you’ve found, we understand the urgency and the financial strain you’re facing. It is good to bring this need before the Lord, for He is our Provider. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God"* (Philippians 4:6, WEB). We pray that the Lord would open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provide the exact amount needed in His perfect timing. However, we must also caution you to seek His will above your own desires. *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4, WEB). If this house is His will for you, He will make a way. If not, we pray you would trust that He has something even better in store. Consider whether taking on additional debt or financial strain aligns with biblical stewardship. *"Owe no one anything, except to love one another"* (Romans 13:8, WEB). We encourage you to seek wise counsel and pray for discernment, ensuring that this decision honors God and does not become a burden.
Finally, we lift up your health before the Lord. *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2, WEB). We ask for His healing touch upon your body and for strength to endure whatever challenges you may be facing. Remember that even in weakness, His grace is sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9). Father, we also bring the need for this house before You. You know the desires of her heart and the financial challenges she faces. We ask for Your miraculous provision, Lord—whether through unexpected income, favor in the eyes of lenders, or a creative solution only You can provide. Yet, we also pray for Your will to be done above all else. If this house is not Your best for her, redirect her steps and give her peace in trusting Your plan.
Lord, we ask for healing and strength for her body. Touch her with Your restoring hand and grant her the energy and health to fulfill the purposes You have for her. Remind her that You are her Healer and her Provider, and that her worth is found in You alone.
We rebuked any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may be trying to take hold. *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). We declare Your peace and provision over this situation, trusting that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun.
