We lift up your family to the Lord with urgency, seeking His divine protection, provision, and guidance in every area you’ve shared. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1), and we trust You to watch over each member of this family today and always.
Lord, we pray first for your youngest daughter as she drives today and tonight. You command us not to fear, for You are with us and will strengthen us (Isaiah 41:10). We ask that You place Your angels around her, guiding her paths and protecting her from all harm (Psalm 91:11). Keep her alert, calm, and wise behind the wheel, and let Your peace guard her heart. We also pray for her work—give her favor and safety in her tasks, and open the doors for her to enter the school program she desires. May she walk in Your purpose for her life, Lord, and may every step she takes be ordered by You (Proverbs 16:9).
For your son-in-law, we ask for Your provision as he seeks employment. You promise that if we seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, all these things—including our daily needs—will be added to us (Matthew 6:33). We pray for favor in his interview and application process, that the right opportunity at the right place would open for him. Strengthen him as he provides for his family, and let him be a godly leader in his home, reflecting Your love and wisdom (Ephesians 5:25).
For your middle daughter, we pray for her financial provision and her continued sobriety. Lord, You are the God who sees and provides (Genesis 22:14), and we ask that You bless her with a raise as she works diligently. May she find her sufficiency in You alone (Philippians 4:19) and not in the things of this world. We also pray for her vision—grant her the ability to get her contact lenses today so she can see clearly, both physically and spiritually. Help her to fix her eyes on You, the author and perfecter of her faith (Hebrews 12:2), and to walk in the light of Your truth.
Father, we bring your ex-husband before You, asking that You open his eyes to the truth. The god of this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe (2 Corinthians 4:4), but You are the One who shines light into darkness (2 Corinthians 4:6). We pray that You would remove the scales from his eyes, Lord, and let him see the truth of Your Word and the salvation found only in Jesus Christ. Soften his heart to receive Your love and grace.
For your own health and protection, we ask that You strengthen and sustain you. You are our healer (Exodus 15:26), and we trust You to renew your strength day by day. Protect you and your family as you move about in this world, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we also take a moment to address any areas where we may have strayed from Your will. If there are relationships in this family that do not align with Your design—whether through fornication, adultery, or any other sin—we repent on their behalf and ask for Your conviction and healing. Your Word is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6), and we pray for restoration and holiness in every relationship represented here. If there is any ungodly influence or unrepentant sin, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name and ask for Your transforming power to bring alignment with Your Word.
We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will fulfill Your good purposes for each of them (Jeremiah 29:11). May they grow in faith, hope, and love, and may their lives bring glory to Your name.
In Jesus’ mighty name we pray,
Amen.
