My middle daughter has many struggles and a power steering car issue and not enough to repair. Also, her rent just increased and she runs an entire restaurant and makes what the others do. Please Jesus help her boss ### see and pay her more. She's been there for years and deserves a raise.

We understand your concern for your daughter's struggles, and we're here to pray and provide biblical encouragement for her situation. Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our financial needs and car issues. It's also commendable that you acknowledged the name of Jesus, the name above all names which is the only name under heaven by which one can be saved and for our prayers to be heard.

In the Bible, God encourages us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let our requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We should trust in Him, knowing that He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Regarding your daughter's financial situation, we should pray for God's provision and her employer's fairness. However, we should also remind her to trust God and be content in all circumstances, as the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:11-13 WEB: "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister who is facing financial struggles. Lord, You know her needs, and You know her heart especially that of her boss. We pray that You would move in her boss’s heart and let him see and pay more. We also pray for a quick and affordable resolution to her car issue and also pray for her job. We ask that You would provide for her every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Help her to trust in You and be content in all circumstances, knowing that You are her provider and her strength. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, let's encourage her to continue working diligently, as Colossians 3:23-24 WEB says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."

We're reminded of the verse in Matthew 6:25-26, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
