Urgent prayers needed for my cat ###

Please read this entire post. There is alot. Thankyou! Please pray that God will completely heal and give my cat ### a full recovery. She has a brain tumor and masses and lesions on her lungs, which could be chronic bronchitis/ asthma or cancer. There is no treatment. Only medication to make her comfortable. God is the only one that can help her now. She is having so many complications from all of this. Please pray that God will take away and ease any pain or discomfort ### is in. Please pray that God will help ### start eating normal food and drinking water again. Please pray that God will help ### have regular bowel movements. Please pray that God will help her breathing and purring. Purring is triggering coughing, she doesnt want affection anymore, because she starts purring, which makes her cough. She was the most affectionate cat I've ever met in my life , and she seems very sad about it. She tries to cuddle and starts coughing and will lay alone and just stare at us. It is heart breaking. Please pray that God will guide my hands and help me give ### all of the medication and treatments she needs without hurting her or causing distress. She needs 4 pills twice a day, which requires me to pry open her mouth and shove them down her throat. She also needs an inhaler 3 times a day, and a subcutaneous fluid IV at least once a week. Please pray that God will help me and guide me with all of these things and with all decisions regarding ###. Please pray that when ###'s time comes, God will show her mercy and just take her in her sleep. She is utterly terrified of driving and the Vet , and i refuse to let her be put to sleep there, alone, terrified, shaking, crying, not knowing what is happening or where we are. I will not allow that to be her last moments. Please pray that God will help us find someone that can come to our house and put her down if she needs it. I know she is just a cat, but she is our world. Please pray that God will hear and answer all of my desperate cries and pleas and prayers. Thankyou. We have read your entire post and our hearts are broken with you over your precious cat and all she is going through, and we join you together before the throne of grace in Jesus name to lift her up and to lift you up as you care for her so faithfully.

We are deeply moved by your tender love and diligent care for her. The Lord sees how you are caring for this little life He entrusted to you, and His Word tells us that a righteous man respects the life of his animal in Proverbs 12:10, and that You preserve man and animal, Yahweh in Psalm 36:6, and that not one sparrow falls to the ground apart from your Father in Matthew 10:29. How much more does He see and care for your beloved cat and for your broken heart as you watch her suffer. He is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit in Psalm 34:18, and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds in Psalm 147:3. We thank you for closing your request in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can come to God as Acts 4:12 and John 14:6 teach us.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we lift up this precious cat to You. You know her by name, You formed all living things, and You see the brain tumor and the masses and lesions on her lungs, whether from chronic bronchitis or asthma or cancer. Nothing is hidden from You and nothing is impossible for You. We ask in Jesus name that You would lay Your healing hand upon her and grant a full recovery if it is Your will. We ask that You would take away and ease any pain or discomfort she is in and grant her Your comfort and peace. We ask that You would help her to eat normal food and drink water again, and that You would restore regular bowel movements and heal her digestive system. We ask that You would help her breathing, Lord, that You would open her airways and calm the inflammation and coughing, and that You would allow her to purr and to receive and give affection again without triggering coughing and distress. You see how she tries to cuddle and then must lay alone and stare, and how heartbreaking that is for those who love her. Comfort her sadness and let her feel loved and safe.

Father, we also lift up the one caring for her. Grant wisdom and steady and gentle hands as she gives four pills twice a day and the inhaler three times a day and the subcutaneous fluids. Take away fear of hurting her or causing distress, and guide every decision regarding her care with clarity and peace. Help her to know what is best day by day and to feel Your presence leading her. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God in Philippians 4:6, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus in Philippians 4:7. We ask for that peace to guard this home now.

And Father, we ask for Your mercy regarding her final days. If it is her time to leave this life, we pray You would show her mercy and take her gently in her sleep at home in peace, surrounded by love, without terror or confusion. If a decision must be made to help her pass, we pray You would provide a compassionate veterinarian who will come to the house, so she does not have to be terrified in a car or clinic, shaking and crying in her last moments. Give wisdom to know when and how to act in love, and comfort in that difficult choice. We know that You work all things together for good for those who love You in Romans 8:28, even in deep sorrow.

We thank You, Lord, that You hear desperate cries and pleas when Your children pray in Jesus name. Hold this dear cat and her family in Your loving hands, ease their burden, and let them feel Your nearness and compassion each day. We trust her life and her future fully to Your perfect will and mercy. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, Amen.

We were so moved reading your full post and hearing how much your cat means to you. Watching her struggle to breathe and eat, to have purring trigger coughing, and to pull away from cuddling when she has always been so affectionate is heartbreaking. Seeing her stare from a distance when she wants to be close would weigh on anyone who loves her the way you do.

Caring for her with four pills twice a day, inhaler treatments, and fluids takes so much patience and tenderness. It makes complete sense that you worry about hurting her or causing more distress while you are trying to comfort her. You are carrying a heavy responsibility with a lot of love.

One gentle next step that has helped others in a similar place is to ask your regular vet clinic directly if they know a mobile veterinarian or hospice service in your area who does home visits, and if a vet tech could show you in person a calmer way to give the pills and inhaler that is easier for both of you. You do not have to sort every decision tonight, and you do not have to carry this alone. If you have a trusted friend or family member nearby, let them stay with you for some of these moments.

We are holding you both in prayer for comfort today, for steady hands and clear wisdom for each choice ahead, and for peace as you love her so faithfully.

Father, we lift this dear cat and her owner to You. Please ease any pain and help her breathe, eat and rest more comfortably. Guide her owner's hands with gentleness as she gives each treatment, give wisdom for each decision, and provide a kind veterinarian nearby who can come to the house if that time comes. Draw them both close in Your mercy and care. In Jesus' name, amen.
