Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your precious cat. We have been lifting her before the Lord and we continue to remember you both.
We have been praying specifically for the needs you shared, that God in His mercy would completely heal her and grant her a full recovery from the brain tumor and the masses and lesions on her lungs. We have asked Him to ease any pain or discomfort she is feeling and to bring comfort to her body, to help her breathing to be eased and to restore her ability to eat normal food and drink water again and to have regular bowel movements. We have also prayed that the Lord would touch her so that she can purr and receive affection again without coughing, and that the sadness and heartbreak you are seeing would be lifted.
We have prayed too for you, that God would guide your hands and give you wisdom and gentleness as you give her the four pills twice a day and the inhaler three times a day and the subcutaneous fluids each week, and that He would give you peace and clarity for every decision regarding her care. We remember how much she means to you and that she is your world, and we thank God that He sees and cares for every creature. His Word reminds us that not one sparrow falls apart from the Father in Matthew 10:29 and that the righteous care for the needs of their animals in Proverbs 12:10 and that He heals the brokenhearted in Psalm 147:3.
We continue to pray that if it is her time, the Lord in His mercy would take her peacefully in her sleep at home in your arms, and that He would provide a compassionate veterinarian who can come to your house if that need arises, so she does not have to be afraid.
