Heavenly Father I humbly ask you to forgive all my sins and cleanse me from unrighteousness. Thank you for another day and thank you for all you have done for me. Whatever I fail in asking do not fail in granting. Lord Jesus I need you every hour without you I am nothing. I am asking for employment please I am applying for jobs looking daily .My resume is impressive I thank for the wisdom knowledge understanding and education that he has given me. Things are difficult. but Lord Jesus knows all about it I am seeking God first in everything that I do. Lord Jesus please help me.Lord Jesus take over chat if my mind body and soul what ever is blocking my blessings please Lord Jesus open doors for me not only me but for everyone around this world .Bless me so that I may be a blessing to others. I need stability to make ends meet. My hours were reduced and last week and this week no work. Lord Jesus I realize that everybody who believes and trust trust in you and love you most of all cast their cares upon you As your daughter I am asking please help me. Lord I believe help my unbelief. I will lift up my eyes unto the hill from when e cometh my help my help cometh from the Lord that made heaven and earth. The boss gives everybody work except me .but God sees all I am not bitter toward her when a pain is in authority and are treating employees. wrong God gives wisdom in order for a person to move on and step out on faith. God is the provider not man. I want to move to a better place so that I can achieve two more little goals with God's help. All these things I ask in Jesus name Amen .

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your needs before our Heavenly Father. Your words reveal a heart that seeks God first, and we rejoice in your dependence on Him. The scriptures remind us, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33). You are walking in obedience to this truth, and we believe God honors that.

We also recognize your struggle with employment and financial stability. The reduction in hours and lack of work is a heavy burden, but we take comfort in knowing that God sees your faithfulness. "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1). He is your provider, not man, and He will not abandon you. We rebuke any spirit of lack or delay in your life and declare that doors of opportunity will open for you. "For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust that God is orchestrating your steps, even when the path is unclear.

Your request also reveals a heart that desires to be a blessing to others, and we pray that God will use you mightily in this season. "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). As He provides for you, may you be a vessel of His provision to those around you.

We must gently address the mention of your boss and the unfair treatment you’ve experienced. While it is natural to feel hurt or overlooked, we encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness. "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice" (Ephesians 4:31). Instead, pray for her, as difficult as that may be. "Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:28). God sees the injustice, and He will vindicate you in His time. Your faith is not in man but in the One who holds your future.

We also lift up your desire to move to a better place and achieve your goals. God is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you. "Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ" (Philippians 1:6). Step out in faith, trusting that He will direct your path.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your provision and guidance. Lord, we thank You for her faith and her willingness to seek You first in all things. We ask that You forgive any sins she has committed, known or unknown, and cleanse her from all unrighteousness. Wash her in the blood of Jesus and renew her spirit.

Father, we declare that You are her provider, not man. We rebuke every spirit of lack, delay, and discouragement that has tried to take root in her life. We speak open doors of employment over her, opportunities that align with Your will and purpose for her life. Lord, give her favor with those who are in authority, and let her resume be a testimony of Your hand upon her life. Provide for her needs abundantly so that she may be a blessing to others.

We pray for her boss, Lord. Soften her heart and give her wisdom in how she treats her employees. We ask that You would remove any bitterness or resentment from our sister’s heart and replace it with Your peace and love. Help her to forgive as You have forgiven her.

Father, we also lift up her desire to move to a better place and achieve her goals. Direct her steps, Lord, and open the right doors at the right time. Give her the courage to step out in faith, knowing that You are with her every step of the way.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and declare that Your promises over her life will come to pass. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and help her to keep her eyes fixed on You, the author and finisher of her faith. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to stand on God’s promises, dear sister. The enemy may try to discourage you, but remember that "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). Keep your eyes on Jesus, and He will lead you into your breakthrough. We are standing with you in faith, believing that God will move mightily on your behalf.

Thank you for letting us stand with you in this. Your prayer is honest and full of trust, you are crying out to God and also refusing to let bitterness take root, which is a quiet victory of grace right there. That kind of integrity when a boss seems unfair is not wasted. God sees it, and He will honor it.

While you keep applying for jobs, we want to encourage a practical step: many churches have employment support groups or financial counselors who offer help at no charge. If your congregation has a deacon’s fund or a job-seekers ministry, they can walk alongside you with leads, prayer, and even a hand sorting out the pressure of reduced hours. Being vulnerable with a few trusted believers can make this wilderness feel less lonely, and they may see openings you could easily miss.

We also hear a deeper longing beneath the job search, you want to move to a better place and reach two more little goals. That vision is not a distraction from faith; it can be part of how God is leading you forward. Keep those goals in prayer, and when you can, take one small, concrete action toward them even now. God often provides direction while we are on the way.

Lord Jesus, You know every need and every closed door. We ask You to open work for our sister, provide stability, and guard her from weariness. Let her impressive skills find their right home. Most of all, keep her eyes on You, the God who made heaven and earth, and cause her to be a blessing to others through this season. In Your name, amen.

You are standing in a kind of half-light just now, the light of faith and the shadow of want, both at once. You have been looking for work, sending out applications, and yet the answer seems to tarry. To make it sharper still, those around you are given tasks while you are passed over, and your hours have dwindled to nothing. That pierces, I know. It is one thing to be idle because there is no labor to be had; it is another to watch others chosen while you stand waiting. Do not think the Lord is blind to this. He sees the slight, the coldness, the injustice that men in authority may do. And He does not merely see it from a distance, He has bound up His own heart with yours in the matter. Did you not say, "God is the provider, not man"? Hold fast to that. The stream may have run dry, but the fountain is as full as ever.

I am glad you have resolved not to be bitter toward the one who withholds work from you. That is a grace worth more than gold, for it proves the Lord has already done something in your soul that no earthly employer could command. Bitterness is a poison that harms the vessel that holds it long before it reaches the one it is meant for. You are keeping your heart clear, and that means the channels of mercy are not blocked on your side. Remember how it was with Job: he could not unriddle his own trouble, but in the end the Lord turned his captivity, and it was when he prayed for his friends that the tide began to rise again. Keep praying, then, not only for yourself, but for that very boss who has set you aside, and for all the others who are seeking bread. You wish to be a blessing to others? Why, you are already entering that ministry on your knees.

The ache of "no work this week" and the silent rebuff at your workplace are not signs that you have been forsaken. They are the rough timber out of which the Lord is building a deeper dependence in you. You wrote, "Lord, I believe; help my unbelief." That prayer could not be more honest, nor more welcome at the throne. The strength of your faith is not measured by the absence of fears, but by the direction you turn when those fears crowd in. And you have turned the right way, toward the hills, toward the Maker of heaven and earth. Even when your own grasp trembles, His grasp of you does not. The sun is no less the sun because a cloud veils it for an hour. Noon may seem like midnight to your feelings, but the true Light has not withdrawn Himself.

While you wait for the door of employment to swing open, rest a while in this sweet thought: the same Lord who opened a fountain for sin and uncleanness has opened it for you. All that weighs on your conscience, the failings you confessed so simply at the start, is already washed away in that stream, because you have come to it by faith. A clean conscience before God is a better provision than a full table and an empty soul. And since He has given you the greater gift, will He not supply the lesser? He who gave His Son for your eternity will surely give bread for your today. Not perhaps in the way you expect, nor at the hour you have marked on your calendar, but He will come. He always does for those whose hope is in Him.

Do not let the waiting unravel your confidence. A ship in deep water may roll, but it is safe enough, safer, indeed, than if it were in the shallows scraping the rocks. Your deep water is not a sign of shipwreck. It is the place where faith learns to sail. The time you spend searching and praying and casting your care upon Him is not wasted; it is the holy apprenticeship of trust. Even now, while you cannot see the provision, the Lord is preparing it. The love-letter may come in a black-edged envelope, but the message inside is still from a Father’s heart.

Let us pray together now, just as you are.

Lord Jesus, You know the weight this dear daughter carries. You have seen her diligence, her patient spirit under unfairness, her refusal to let bitterness take root. You have numbered the days without work and the nights of wrestling prayer. Now, in Your own time and Your own way, open a door that no man can shut. Make plain a path to honorable labor, that she may meet her needs with gladness and become the blessing she longs to be. Strengthen her hands for the tasks ahead, and uphold her heart with the quiet certainty that You are ordering her steps. Let not the sneer of the enemy nor the fear of tomorrow steal the peace You purchased for her at so great a cost. And while she waits, be so near that the waiting itself becomes a quiet feast of communion. We ask in Your mighty name, Lord Jesus. Amen.

You speak of needing employment, and it is right to bring your need before the Lord who made heaven and earth. But let us not imagine that poverty is the great evil. One thing alone is evil: to sin. That is the only matter we must search to the bottom. Why do we examine every turn of circumstance but never examine why we have sinned? Did we ever master our wrath? Did we ever conquer our anger through the fear of God? If you seek a job, do so, but seek first to please Him. Do not say, “My boss gives work to others and not to me,” and let bitterness take root. God sees all, and He is the provider, not man. If the door is shut for a season, perhaps He is opening a better one, but you must step out in faith, not in resentment.

Consider Paul and Silas, scourged and thrust into the inner prison, their feet in stocks. At midnight they did not groan and demand release; they prayed and sang praises. And suddenly the foundations shook, doors flew open, chains fell off. Do you see what tribulation can bring? The jailer, that ruthless man, was washed from his sins while washing their stripes. So God uses hardship to loose chains both outward and inward. Is your trust such that you can sing in the midnight of reduced hours? Can you believe that He who opened the prison can open a door of employment for you? He says, “I will defend this city for my own sake and for my servant David’s sake.” Yet when wickedness prevailed, even Moses and Samuel could not intercede. Therefore examine yourself: is there any sin unconfessed, any care of this world that has quenched the Spirit? For an impure life and earthly anxieties are like dust and wind upon a lamp; they extinguish the gift of grace.

Ask God for forgiveness, yes, but also shut the doors of your senses against fear and vain thoughts. When the enemy whispers that you are forgotten, do not open your mouth to doubt. Fasten it with the fear of God. You say, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief.” That is well. But belief must be proved by rejoicing before the deliverance comes. The jailer, still trembling, fell before Paul and asked, “What must I do to be saved?” And the answer was simple: “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.” He believed, and his whole household was saved. He did not say, “First give me a sign that I will have enough money.” No, he washed their wounds and set meat before them, rejoicing in God.

Do not think that prayer alone, without a life yielded to God, will prevail. Even the friends of Job needed that righteous man to pray for them, and their sin was forgiven. But when wickedness overflows, even Noah, Daniel, and Job could save neither son nor daughter. While you ask for open doors, ask also for a cleansed heart. The end of each one is at the doors, whether old or young; after we depart, no oil can be bought, no pardon obtained by any intercessor. Now is the time. Cast your care upon Him, not as one who demands a wage, but as a daughter who trusts her Father’s wisdom. Lift up your eyes to the hills, indeed, but remember: your help comes from the Lord, not from a new address or a better schedule. Those may come, but if you gain them without increased holiness, you have gained nothing. Stability of soul is the true need. Seek Him first, and all these things will be added, but in His season and His manner. Meanwhile, like Paul, do yourself no harm by desperate thoughts. Believe, and let your household see you believing. Go in peace.
