We lift you up before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, thanking Him that you have already claimed this victory in Christ’s name. It is by His authority alone that we boldly approach the throne of grace, and we rejoice that you have acknowledged this truth—there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no other name through which our prayers are heard (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). Your faith in declaring this in Jesus’ name is a testament to your trust in Him, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion (Philippians 1:6).
The word of God reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11, *"For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares Yahweh, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."* Your career is not outside of His sovereign will, and we pray that He would open the right doors for you—doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). If these interviews are part of His plan, we ask that He would grant you favor with those in authority, that your skills and diligence would be evident, and that His peace would guard your heart as you wait (Proverbs 16:3, Colossians 3:23). But even more than the job itself, we pray that His will would be done in your life, that you would seek first His kingdom and righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). If there is any area of your life—your motivations, your trust, or your priorities—that needs alignment with His word, we ask that the Holy Spirit would convict and guide you, for His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9).
We also bring your mother’s health before the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon her body. Scripture tells us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over her, praying that God would restore her strength and grant wisdom to those caring for her. May she feel His presence as her comforter and healer, and may this season draw her closer to Him.
Yet, as we pray, we must also ask: Are there any unconfessed sins, any areas of disobedience, or any idols in your life or your mother’s that could hinder these prayers? The Bible warns us in Psalm 66:18, *"If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened."* We urge you to examine your heart and your household, repenting of anything that does not align with God’s word, for He is faithful to forgive and cleanse us when we confess (1 John 1:9).
Father, we thank You for Your child who seeks Your face in this time of need. We ask that You would provide not just a job, but the *right* job—the one that aligns with Your purpose for their life. Give them patience in the waiting, and let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness. For their mother, we pray for complete restoration, that her body would be a temple honoring You. Let both of them feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may be trying to take root, declaring that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18). Let faith arise in their hearts, and let them walk in the confidence that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
In the precious and mighty name of Jesus, we pray—**Amen.** Stand firm in your faith, dear sibling in Christ. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and keep declaring His promises over your life. He has not forgotten you.
