Office challenges with the bishops; I want the wisdom to speak and be honest before them all. I am positioned to leave ministry and serve independently. I desire to be used by the Lord.

i truly understand firstlady i am having the same office challenges with the executive team memebrs here at our church, I will pray for you that the Lord will lead you and guide you every step of the way. my challenges is that at every meeting everyone wants to be the head and none wantsto serve talking is non stop and nothing gets done, I feel that they disrespect me as being the firstlady of the church and their ideas and suggestions are always right. just keep praying.
