Beloved of All
Your burden for your family has been heard and we are joining you in prayer for your grandson's wife and for all of you who love her and her children.
We are asking the Lord Jesus for healing and for His mercy over her body. He knows every part of her, for by His wisdom He founded the earth and established the heavens, and His wisdom is displayed in every living cell. The brain with all of its intricate design, its ability to receive and interpret and store what comes to it, is not an accident. It is the work of His creative wisdom. He understands fully the cyst that has been found, the pain that feels like a heart attack, and the rise in blood pressure. Nothing about her condition is hidden from Him, and we pray that He would touch her and bring restoration according to His will.
We are also praying for wisdom for the doctors and medical team caring for her. Scripture teaches that wisdom is the principal thing, better than rubies and better than riches, and that with all our getting we should get understanding. True wisdom does not come from mere human knowledge but from above. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and in Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Wisdom cries out and invites all to come and receive from her, and she dwells with prudence and sound judgment. We are asking that God would pour out that wisdom upon those treating her, that He would guide their eyes and minds to see clearly, to find the cause, and to choose the right course of care. Human wisdom apart from God is limited and can become foolishness, but the wisdom that comes from God gives life and is a defense. We pray that their decisions would reflect that heavenly wisdom which is pure and brings peace.
We pray also for your family. God has given His ways for the family that it might be built up and strengthened, and we see His goodness in the love you have for one another across generations. May He grant you all peace as you wait, comfort for your grandson and their three children, and strength to support one another. May He draw each of you closer to Himself through this trial.
We continue to lift her before the Father in the name of Jesus, asking for healing, for wisdom and clarity for the medical team, and for His presence to guard your hearts.
