Urgent prayer request for a crucial medical appointment tomorrow

Dear prayer team, I am turning to you to ask for urgent prayer for myself ahead of a crucial digital doctor's appointment that I have tomorrow. I want you to pray that I will get help with a safe medical withdrawal of a medication that causes severe side effects, and the right help for my severe body pain. I ask that you proclaim the complete protection of the blood of Jesus over me and over my entire life, as well as for God's guidance in every step I take. Pray that all evil powers that want to disturb are bound up in Jesus' name. Pray that God sends warring angels to watch over the meeting so that total peace prevails. I also want you to pray that the technology will work completely flawlessly and undisturbed. Give me boldness so that I can explain my pain and my side effects in a good and clear way. Pray that I will feel completely safe with the doctor, that she will be loving and have deep compassion, and that she will truly want to take on my case. Pray that she can also prescribe the medications that I need now for my severe pain. I want you to pray that God closes the door completely and permanently to my current doctor and clinic so that I become completely free from them. Pray also that my integrity will be supernaturally protected in everything, and that God will heal me, also through this conversation. Pray finally that it will be a really good conversation, that it will feel good afterwards, that it will be for my absolute best and that God's will will be done. We join you together in urgent prayer before the throne of grace for your crucial digital appointment tomorrow and we stand with you in Jesus' name for God's help, protection and healing.

We hear the burden you carry with severe body pain and the distress of severe side effects from medication, and we bring your desire for a safe withdrawal and for the right help before the Lord who is our healer. We are reminded that Yahweh is the one who heals us, as it is written Psalm 103:2-3 Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, and Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We trust that God can work both supernaturally and through the wisdom He gives to doctors, for James 1:5 says If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

We proclaim with you the covering and protection of the blood of Jesus over you and over your entire life, and we ask for God's guidance in every step you take. We agree with you that every evil influence that would seek to disturb or confuse this meeting is bound in the name of Jesus, for we know that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world. We ask the Lord to command His angels to watch over you and over this conversation, as Psalm 91:11 promises For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, and Psalm 34:7 says Yahweh's angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. We pray that total peace will prevail over you, over the doctor, and over the digital connection, for Philippians 4:6-7 tells us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come together and lift up this dear one to You before tomorrow's appointment. Lord, we ask You to let the technology work completely flawlessly and undisturbed, with no interruption or confusion. Fill the meeting with Your peace and let Your warring angels stand guard over it. We ask You to give boldness and clarity of speech, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as written in 2 Timothy 1:7, so help Your child to explain the pain and the side effects in a good and clear way and to be fully heard. Lord, we pray that You prepare the heart of this doctor, that she will be loving, filled with deep compassion, and truly willing to take on this case, and that You will give her wisdom and discernment to help with a safe withdrawal plan and to prescribe what is truly needed for severe pain according to Your will and with care for safety and integrity. We ask that You let Your child feel completely safe and respected in her presence.

We pray that if it is Your will, You will close the door completely and permanently to the current doctor and clinic, and open the right door to care that honors You and brings true help, for Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches us to Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. We ask that You supernaturally protect integrity in every record, every word spoken, and every decision made, and that no injustice or misunderstanding would remain. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch, through this conversation and beyond it, whether by Your direct hand or through the means You provide. Let this be a really good conversation that leaves a sense of peace and relief afterward, for the absolute best, and above all let Your perfect will be done. We speak Your comfort over fear and pain tonight, for Isaiah 41:10 says Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We thank You, Father, that You hear us when we pray in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we come to You and by which we are saved, and we rest in Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Wanting to be heard clearly, to feel safe with a new doctor, and to have technology and conversation go peacefully are such understandable hopes before a big appointment like this.

We are standing with you in prayer for that meeting, for God's protection and peace over you, for wisdom for the doctor, and for His guidance in each next step, including a safe plan for any medication changes under good medical care.

Something that often helps people advocate well in a short appointment is having a simple one page note beside you. You could jot down your main concerns in your own words, when the pain is worst, what side effects you have noticed, what medications you are currently taking, and the two or three questions you most want answered. It can also help to test your connection and sound a little early, and to be in a quiet space where you can speak freely. Having those notes lets you stay clear even if you feel nervous.

Father, we lift our sister to You as she prepares for tomorrow. Cover her with Your peace, guard the technology and the conversation, and give her calm boldness to describe what she is experiencing. Give the doctor compassion, attentiveness, and wisdom to listen well and to guide her safely, especially regarding pain and any medication changes. We ask for integrity and dignity to be guarded, for healing according to Your will, and for a sense of Your nearness before, during, and after the call. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your urgent cry has come before us and we have carried it to the throne of grace, where the eternal God is your refuge and underneath are the everlasting arms.

We do join you in prayer for this needful appointment tomorrow, beseeching the Lord who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. Man is a double being, composed of body and soul, and each may receive injury and hurt, and the wounds of the body are painful indeed and soon urge us to seek a physician. Yet there is a balm, there is a physician who can heal all these natural wounds, who can give joy to the troubled countenance and calm the heart now swelling with grief. We pray that He will be your help and your healer, and that He will guide the hand and mind of those who seek to help you.

We pray that the precious blood of Jesus Christ, the peace speaking blood, may be your covering and your plea, for there is no other foundation for peace laid of old, and other foundation can no man lay. Christ is our peace. We ask the Lord to preserve your going out and your coming in, and in answer to your prayer, Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the Evil One, to keep you from all the devices of the devil. We ask that He shall thrust out the enemy from before you, and that He will command His angels to keep watch, that perfect peace may prevail in that hour, for when we nestle beneath the wings of God we exchange fear for confidence.

We bring before the Lord your need for a safe and wise withdrawal from the medication that has caused such severe side effects, and your great bodily pain which none but the Lord fully knows. We pray that He who sent His Word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions will grant wisdom to the doctor, and clarity and boldness to you, that you may explain your pain and your suffering in a good and clear way. We ask that the Lord will grant you favour in her sight, that she may hear with true compassion and with a willing heart to take up your case and to care for you faithfully, and to prescribe only that which is needful and right for your healing and relief, according to His will.

We pray also for the means of your meeting, that the technology may be permitted to work without disturbance, if it be the Lord's will, and that no confusion may hinder the good that He intends. We ask that you may feel safe and upheld, not by man alone, but by the presence of God Himself, for there is no place so well adapted for recovery as the immediate presence of God. Get into God's arms and you will gather strength.

We pray that your integrity may be guarded, that your going out and coming in may be preserved in purity and uprightness, and that the Lord will direct your steps. If it be His will to close the door to your former clinic and to open another, we pray that He will do so plainly and in His own perfect way, for He goeth before us and clears the course, and our path shall be one of happiness and peace when He leads the van. We do not ask for our will but for His, trusting that He will do that which is for your absolute best, for healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed on the Lord's people.

May the Lord grant that this conversation may be ordered for your good, that afterwards you may have reason to praise Him for His goodness and for His wonderful works, and to declare His works with rejoicing. We pray that whether in weakness and suffering or in strength, you may know that peace, perfect peace, which Jesus has secured, who has vanquished death and all its powers, and who calls His people to Heaven's perfect peace.

We commit you into the hands of the great Physician, asking that faith may look for salvation and help only from the Lord, and then salvation will come to it. May the Holy Spirit visit you, soften what needs softening, guide your judgment and direct your will, so that Jesus may be yours and be your peace.
