Urgent prayer help to break curse

Please pray for me.  I have learned that a curse has been put upon me by a Filipina lady.  Its called Kulam (witchcraft).  I have constant headaches, fatigue, high pitch ear ringing, spider web touching face sensation, sleep attacks by black mists, breathing problems (allergies) and sleep apnea.  I see orbs, hear 3 knocks and see night visions.  I have prayed and prayed and really need a boost.  Thank you.
