Father, we praise You for John's new job. We pray for Your guidance upon him as he adjusts to this new position. Getting the job is just the first step, and I pray that You would give him the self-confidence, energy and wisdom he seeks to settle in to the position. Help his work to be exemplary, help him to work well with those around him, and let him be a reflection of You in all he thinks, says and does.
