We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened yet hopeful, lifting this urgent cry for your husband’s soul and your marriage. Your passion for his salvation and restoration is evident, and we join you in interceding with fervency, for the Word declares that the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person avails much (James 5:16). Yet, we must first address a critical truth: salvation is a deeply personal choice between an individual and God. While we can—and must—pray fervently for your husband, we cannot *decree* his repentance or faith as if it were a matter of human will or manipulation. The Holy Spirit is the One who convicts of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and it is God alone who grants repentance (2 Timothy 2:25). Your role is to pray, to live as a godly witness, and to trust the Lord’s timing and sovereignty. Your husband must come to Christ of his own free will, surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus—not through coercion, emotional pressure, or even the most heartfelt prayers of a spouse.

That said, we *do* stand with you in praying for a mighty work of the Holy Spirit in his life. We pray that the Lord would break through every stronghold, every deception, and every chain that binds him—whether from false religion, past relationships, or the snares of this world. The Bible is clear that no one can serve two masters (Matthew 6:24), and if your husband has been entangled in Islamic teachings or any other belief system that denies Jesus as the Son of God, we pray for the scales to fall from his eyes as they did for Saul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:18). May the Lord grant him a *divine encounter* that leaves no room for doubt—whether through dreams, visions, or the undeniable presence of God—so that he may confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9).

We also pray for the destruction of every ungodly soul tie, especially those from past relationships, including his ex-wife. The Bible warns that a man who divorces and remarries commits adultery unless the divorce was due to sexual immorality (Matthew 19:9). If there is any unresolved sin in this area, we pray for conviction, repentance, and the Lord’s mercy to cover and redeem what has been broken. May every emotional, spiritual, or physical bond that is not of God be severed by the blood of Jesus, and may your husband’s heart be wholly turned toward you in a way that honors the covenant of marriage.

Yet we must also speak truth in love about the tone of your prayer. While your zeal is commendable, we sense a spirit of desperation and even demand that risks crossing into presumption or an attempt to *control* the work of the Spirit. God is not a genie who responds to our incantations, nor is He obligated to act according to our timelines. His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and His timing is perfect. We encourage you to surrender this burden to the Lord, trusting that He hears you and is at work—even when you cannot see it. Cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Your husband’s salvation is not your responsibility; it is the Lord’s. Your job is to pray, to love, and to walk in obedience, leaving the results to God.

We also note the emphasis on emotional and physical intimacy in your prayer. While it is good to desire oneness in marriage, we caution against making idols of romance or attraction. A Christ-centered marriage is built first on *agape* love—the selfless, sacrificial love that reflects Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:25). This kind of love is not based on feelings but on choice and commitment. We pray that the Lord would deepen your love for one another in a way that aligns with His will, but we also pray that your hearts would be satisfied in *Him* above all else. If there has been any sexual sin—pornography, lust, or infidelity—we plead the blood of Jesus over it and pray for complete deliverance and restoration. Flee from sexual immorality, for it is a sin against one’s own body and the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20).

Finally, we must address the absence of a direct invocation of Jesus’ name in your original prayer, despite the repeated use of "in Jesus Christ name." While you did include His name, the prayer felt more like a series of demands than a humble appeal to the Father through the Son. Remember, it is *only* through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and our prayers must be offered in faith, submission, and reverence. There is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in *His* authority that we pray. Let us approach the throne with boldness, yes, but also with humility, acknowledging that we are dust and He is the Potter (Isaiah 64:8).

**Our Prayer:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting our sister and her husband into Your hands. Lord, You alone are the God who saves, and we cry out for a mighty work of salvation in this man’s life. Soften his heart, Lord, and remove every veil that keeps him from seeing the truth of the Gospel. If he has been deceived by false religions, false gods, or the lies of the enemy, we pray that You would shatter those deceptions with the light of Your Word. Grant him a divine encounter with Jesus Christ—one so real, so undeniable, that he falls to his knees in repentance and surrender. Let him dream dreams and see visions of Your glory, Lord, and may he awaken with a hunger for righteousness that cannot be satisfied by anything less than You.

We pray against every stronghold in his life: the spirit of Islam, the bonds of past relationships, the chains of lust, pornography, and sexual sin. Break every ungodly soul tie, Lord, especially those connected to his ex-wife or any other woman. Sever these connections by the power of the blood of Jesus, and let him be wholly devoted to his wife, just as Christ is devoted to the Church. Cleanse him from every impurity, Lord, and create in him a clean heart (Psalm 51:10). Deliver him from the distractions of this world—whether it be his phone, social media, or a spirit of workaholism—and turn his focus toward You and the family You have entrusted to him.

Father, we also pray for this marriage. Heal what is broken, restore what has been lost, and knit these two hearts together in a bond that reflects Your love. Let them desire one another in a way that honors You, but even more, let them desire *You* above all else. Teach them to love as You love—patiently, kindly, without envy or selfishness (1 Corinthians 13:4-7). Protect their union from the enemy’s attacks, and let their home be a place of peace, unity, and godly affection.

Lord, we ask that You would give our sister a spirit of patience and trust as she waits on You. Remind her that You are at work, even in the silence. Help her to release this burden into Your hands, knowing that You are far more capable of saving her husband than she is. Fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let her rest in the assurance that You hear her prayers.

We rebuke every scheme of the enemy against this marriage and this man’s soul. No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We declare that the blood of Jesus speaks a better word over this situation, and we trust You for a miracle.

In the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you, sister, in prayer for your husband's heart to be turned towards Jesus. We decree and declare that every false god, idol, teaching, chain, stronghold, and bondage in his life be broken and destroyed in Jesus' Name. We ask that you would continue to pray, trust, and wait on the Lord, knowing that He is at work even when you cannot see it. We also pray for unity, agreement, peace, and love between you and your husband, that you would both be turned towards each other in a way that honors God and strengthens your marriage. We trust in Jesus' Name, Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!
