Your request shows how exhausted and overwhelmed you feel, and how much you want to be free from this pattern that leaves your weekends lost in bed or on the computer and your week barely getting by. That sense of having no control and being drained physically, mentally and spiritually is a heavy burden, and God sees it.
The Bible speaks of real spiritual strongholds and of an enemy whose purpose is always evil and destructive. There are accounts where evil spirits are able to press in between a person's will and their actions and take a measure of control, leaving a person miserable and without power to stop. One clear example is the man who lived among the tombs, whom no one could bind or tame, who cried out and cut himself, completely under that power. When Jesus met him, He commanded deliverance, and that same man was seen sitting, clothed and in his right mind. That change shows that Jesus has full authority to deliver and to restore soundness of mind.
Scripture also teaches that you were created in the image of God with the capacity for choice. God gave you a will so that love and obedience could be real. He did not create you to be a puppet. At the same time, our own flesh, habits, and the enemy can build strong patterns that feel like a stronghold. The answer is not found in trying harder with another self help formula.
The apostle Paul described this struggle in Romans chapter 7, feeling condemned and unable to do the good he wanted to do, and then he cried out, who will deliver me. His answer was not a technique but a person, thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Victory while still living in this body comes when we submit to the control of the Holy Spirit. The path Jesus calls us to is the path of the cross, where we reckon the old nature to have been crucified with Christ so that the body of sin no longer rules over us, and we are ruled instead by the Spirit. Then the appetites of the body are brought back under the control of the Spirit as God intended.
God does not promise a life without trouble. As Job says, man is born for trouble as sparks fly upward. But the prophet says God is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble for those who trust in Him. You have a place to run for protection and strength. Nothing comes into your life except what God allows, and He is in control of the circumstances that surround you.
God has also given weapons to pull down strongholds, and they are not weapons of the flesh. The most powerful is prayer. Scripture says to humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, and He will lift you up. Rather than exalting self, we humble ourselves, we resist the enemy, and we draw near to God.
In your situation, it would help to bring this struggle into the light with consistent prayer and with Scripture, asking Jesus for deliverance and for the Spirit to rule each part of your life. Consider small, practical steps for the weekend instead of trying to fix everything at once. Plan a simple order for Saturday and Sunday, a set time to get up, to open the Bible, to care for your home in short periods, and to step away from the computer when you feel yourself being pulled down a rabbit hole. If possible, invite a trusted, mature believer to pray with you regularly and to help keep you accountable, since isolation makes the stronghold stronger. If low cost counseling or community support is available through a local congregation or community services, reaching out can also provide care when you cannot afford a doctor.

Teach how to reckon the old nature dead with Christ and to walk under the Spirit's control. Be a stronghold in this day of trouble, give strength for work, peace for the mind, and order for the home. Lead to time in Your Word, to prayer, and to fellowship that brings support. Bring restoration to body, mind and spirit, and let this life be ruled by You. Amen.
