We lift up your dear friend with heavy hearts, crying out to the Lord for her healing and protection. Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician, asking for Your divine intervention. Your Word declares in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We claim this promise over her life right now.
Lord, we pray that You would surround her with Your healing power, mending every injury, visible and unseen. Touch her body, mind, and spirit, bringing restoration where there is pain and peace where there is fear. We ask that You would guide her steps to seek medical attention immediately, for Your Word instructs us in Luke 5:31, "Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do." Give her wisdom to recognize her need for care and the strength to pursue it without delay.
We also pray for protection against shock and trauma, both physically and emotionally. Let Your perfect love cast out all fear, as 1 John 4:18 tells us, "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear." We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of her, and we declare that she is covered by the blood of Jesus.
Father, we ask that You would place godly people in her path—those who can offer practical help, comfort, and encouragement. Let her feel Your presence in tangible ways, reminding her that she is never alone. We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that even in this difficult moment, You are working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
We also lift up her loved ones, including the one who has reached out to us. Give them peace, wisdom, and the right words to speak as they support her. May this trial draw them all closer to You, deepening their faith and reliance on Your unfailing love.
In the precious name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You hear us and will move mightily on her behalf. Amen.
