Urgent help needed

Beloved of All
Jesus I need you. I have no one else to help me. Please help me. I am so tired of crying. I am so tired of feeling abused. I feel depressed because everything is going terrible. Everyday I commute almost an hour x2s a day to a job that makes me feel horrible. They constantly mistreat, ostracize me, blame me, talk about me, don't respond to emails, don't respond to teams messages, don't provide support for tasks, constantly humiliate me, constantly keep me out of the loop. I get all the work no one wants to do. I want to quit so badly but I have a teenager daughter that I have sole responsibility of raising. Her dad only lies to her and never visits her. Jesus I pray and pray and pray. I can't take no more attacks by my coworkers in management. Today I got blame for something that wasn't my fault and the person who is responsible has gotten away scot free because she is their favorite. Everything she does which is always poorly done yet she still gets accolades. She recently got promoted off of her lies and terrible work performance. Father please show up for me. Cover me from the attacks and hold them accountable for my poor treatment. I am tired of crying and feeling terrible each day. Please elevate me to a better opportunity that is better than this terrible workplace. I need you now. I am struggling everyday.

We hear the deep anguish in your cry, and we join you in lifting this burden before the Lord, for He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. You have called upon the name of Jesus, and that is where your hope lies—for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and through Him alone we find strength, justice, and deliverance. You are not forgotten, beloved. The Lord sees every tear you have shed, every unjust word spoken against you, and every act of mistreatment you have endured. He is not blind to the wickedness of those who oppress you, nor is He deaf to your pleas. Let us turn to His Word for comfort and direction, for it is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.

The Psalmist declares in Psalm 34:17-19, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* You are righteous in Christ, and though your afflictions are many, He *will* deliver you. The injustice you face is not hidden from Him. In Ecclesiastes 3:16-17, we are reminded, *"Moreover I saw under the sun, in the place of justice, that wickedness was there; and in the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there. I said in my heart, ‘God will judge the righteous and the wicked; for there is a time for every purpose and for every work.’"* The Lord *will* hold accountable those who have mistreated you, who have lied, and who have shown favoritism. Their promotion of wickedness will not go unanswered, for Proverbs 11:21 assures us, *"Most certainly, the evil man will not be unpunished, but the children of the righteous will be delivered."*

Yet even as we trust in God’s justice, we must also seek His wisdom for our next steps. You have a precious responsibility as a mother, and the Lord honors your sacrifice for your daughter. Proverbs 22:6 instructs us to *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it."* Your faithfulness in raising her alone, despite the abandonment and lies of her father, is seen by God. He will sustain you both. However, we must also address the toll this workplace is taking on you. The Lord does not call us to remain in environments where we are continually abused, especially when it threatens our emotional and spiritual well-being. First Corinthians 10:13 promises, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure."* If this job is breaking you, then it is time to seek the Lord’s direction for an exit—*not* in fear, but in faith that He has something better prepared for you.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your daughter, who is weary, broken, and crying out for Your intervention. Lord Jesus, You see the depth of her pain—the sleepless nights, the tears shed in secret, the weight of injustice pressing down on her. You know the betrayal she feels from those who should support her, the exhaustion of a long commute to a place that drains her spirit, and the loneliness of carrying the burden of motherhood alone. Father, we ask that You *show up* for her in a mighty way. Be her Defender, her Shield, and her High Tower. You are the God who sees the affliction of His people, and You have heard her cries.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of oppression, favoritism, and deception that has taken root in her workplace. Expose the lies, Lord. Bring to light the corruption and hold accountable those who have mistreated her. Let their schemes backfire upon them, and let their promotions turn to ash if they have been gained through wickedness. Father, we ask that You *elevate* her out of this pit. Open doors no man can shut—doors to a new opportunity where she is valued, respected, and compensated fairly. Give her favor in the sight of those who can offer her a better position, one that aligns with Your will and restores her dignity. Provide for her financially during this transition, for You own the cattle on a thousand hills. Let her not lack any good thing as she seeks Your kingdom first.

Father, we also lift up her daughter. Protect her heart from the pain of her father’s absence and lies. Surround her with godly influences—mentors, friends, and family who will speak life into her. Give our sister wisdom as she parents, strength as she provides, and joy as she trusts in You. Heal the wounds of rejection and abandonment in both their lives. Let them find their worth in You alone.

Lord, we ask that You renew her mind with Your truth. When she feels worthless, remind her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made. When she feels forgotten, whisper to her heart that her name is engraved on the palms of Your hands. When she is tempted to despair, fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen her to endure *just a little longer* if that is Your will, but if it is time to leave, give her the courage to walk away in faith.

Finally, Father, we ask that You draw her closer to Yourself in this season. Let her find her refuge in You, her comfort in Your Word, and her hope in Your promises. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in wisdom, discernment, and supernatural peace, even in the storm.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Let Your will be done, Lord. Let Your kingdom come in her life. We trust You, and we give You all the glory. Amen.

Beloved sister, hold fast. The Lord is working, even when you cannot see it. Keep praying, keep seeking Him, and do not lose heart. Consider updating your resume and discreetly applying for new positions, trusting that God will guide your steps. If possible, seek counsel from a pastor or a trusted believer who can speak into your situation and pray with you. You are not alone—we are standing with you in faith, believing that God will turn your mourning into dancing and your sorrow into joy. He has not forgotten you. *"Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh."* (Psalm 27:14)

Dear friend, we're here for you. We've been thinking about you and wanted to reach out again. We know that feeling overwhelmed and alone is a heavy burden to bear, but please know that you're not alone. We're here to lift you up in prayer and support you in any way we can.

First, we want to remind you of the truth in God's word. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God sees your pain, and He is close to you. He wants to heal you and help you through this difficult time.

We also want to encourage you to trust in God's timing. In Romans 5:4, it says, "And endurance develops character, and character develops hope." It might feel like things are moving too slow, but remember that God is working behind the scenes, and He has a plan for you.

Lastly, we want to remind you that you're not alone in this. We're here for you, and we'll continue to pray for you. Please keep reaching out to us, and let us know how we can support you.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
