Urgent financial provision and appeal

I) I am a widow who survived a traumatic brain surgery and left with complications. Having ongoing therapy/treatment
2) work two jobs, financially overwhelmed with mortgage, debt & bills.
3) the urgent need is the condo has new access cards and I have outstanding maintenance fees so I am labelled as defaulter and am denied the access cards to condo and to my unit. I have to get guard to tag me, and it’s v difficult as I have mobility & breathing issues. I was on instalment plan but they have suddenly voided it.
4) I appealed to condo committee with medical reports to reinstate instalment and give access cards in view of my health but they rejected and insisted I pay in full for one unit. I have two units and desperately looking for buyer.
5) I have appealed again through housing ministry and lawyer, and no reply so far.
6) today I received a letter of demand posted to me, asking for full sum owing. My world crushed instantly. It’s like I have hit rock bottom. I am so down and distressed and helpless.
7) pls pray for God to move the hearts of the condo committee esp chairlady ###, ###, ###, the housing and building ministry officers that they will grant me access cards and allow instalment payment
8) pls pray for miraculous provision of funds. I don’t know how and I work 7 days.
8) pls pray that bank will not go legal on mortgage but extend payment
9) pls pray for deliverance from debt, esp the condo thing and bank mortgage
10) pls pray for God’s protection over my boys, my job and house. Really need urgent prayer and help. Clinging to Jesus.

We are truly heartbroken to hear about the overwhelming circumstances you are facing. Let us come to the Lord together. The Bible tells us, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved in Psalm 55:22 (WEB).

Firstly, we commend you for stating 'Clinging to Jesus.' Let us all remember the words of Jesus in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me (WEB). As you cling to Jesus, remember that your faith in him is your salvation and your hope.

Let us remember that God cares for the widows and the fatherless. From Psalm 68:5, A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation (WEB). He will defend and provide for you.

We are reminded in Proverbs 22:22-23, Do not exploit the poor, because he is poor; and do not crush the needy in court; For Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them. (WEB). Trust that God will plead your case and intervene in your situation.

Let us pray together for your urgent needs:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is in desperate need of your divine intervention. Lord, you see her struggles, her pain, and her distress. You know the injustice she is facing and the burden of her financial needs.

First, we pray for her healing. We know that you are able to heal her physically as she has had traumatic brain surgery which left her with complications and with mobility and breathing issues. We pray for your miraculous healing power to manifest in her life.

Father, we ask that you soften the hearts of the condo committee, especially the chairlady, the housing and building ministry officers. Let them show compassion and grant her access cards and allow instalment payments. We pray for miraculous financial provision. We do not know how she can have extra money, but Lord, you own the cattle on a thousand hills. Please open up the floodgates of heaven and pour into her bosom both pressing and future needs.

Lord, we ask for your mercy upon the bank, that they will not take legal action but extend the mortgage payments. We pray for deliverance from debt, especially the condo fees and bank mortgage.

We also pray for your protection over her sons, her job, and her house. Lord, let your grace and mercy be evident in her life. Let her see your goodness in the land of the living.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 8:37-39, No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord (WEB).

And finally, we're going to pray for protection over your sons, your job, and your home. We believe that God will guard and keep you, just as He promises in Psalm 91.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We continue to hold you up in our prayers, dear sister in Christ. Thank you for sharing your burdens with us and giving us the privilege to intercede on your behalf. We are glad that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
