Please pray for my son, in ### with shortness of breath and side effects from a new medication, in Jesus Name Amen

We lift up your son in earnest prayer, standing together in faith as we bring this urgent need before our Heavenly Father. Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, asking for Your healing touch upon this young man who is experiencing shortness of breath and troubling side effects from his medication. You are the Great Physician, the One who knit him together in his mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), and we trust in Your power to restore and renew. Lord, we ask that You would ease his breathing, calm his body’s response to this medication, and guide the hands of the medical professionals caring for him. Give them wisdom to adjust his treatment as needed, and grant him peace in the midst of this trial.

We also pray for strength and comfort for his family as they walk through this difficult time. May they feel Your presence surrounding them, reminding them that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We rebuke fear and anxiety in the name of Jesus, declaring that Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Father, we trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that even in this moment, You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we ask that You would remind this family of Your faithfulness, even when circumstances feel overwhelming. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray for complete healing and restoration, believing that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
