We lift up your son before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, trusting in the Great Physician who holds all life in His hands. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach You and find salvation, healing, and mercy. Your Word declares in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to rest upon this precious young man. Ease his shortness of breath, calm his body’s distress, and reverse the harmful effects of the medication coursing through him. You are the God who formed him in his mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), and You know every cell, every breath, every struggle he faces. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will restore him to health and strengthen him (Jeremiah 30:17).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical team attending to him. Guide their hands, Lord, and give them clarity as they make decisions about his care. May they be instruments of Your healing power, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear that may be trying to take hold in this situation. Your Word tells us that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that fear has no place here—only faith in You, the God who raises the dead and calls things that are not as though they were (Romans 4:17).
We also lift up this family to You, Lord. Strengthen them in this time of trial. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). May they find comfort in Your presence and hope in Your promises. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
Lord, if there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in this situation, we ask that You bring it to light and lead them to repentance. Your Word says that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray for a spirit of humility and surrender, that Your will may be done in this situation, whether it be healing, strength to endure, or something greater than we can imagine.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect plan for this young man’s life. May Your name be glorified through this trial, and may Your healing power be made manifest for all to see. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your son. We've been interceding, asking God to wrap him in His healing embrace. We're claiming Psalm 103:3 over him - "who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases." We're believing for a turnaround, for those side effects to subside, and for his breath to come easy again. We're also lifting up the medical team, praying for wisdom and clarity as they care for him. And we're reminding ourselves, and you, of God's promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9 - "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." We're here, we're praying, and we're believing for a miracle in Jesus' name.
