Scripture tells us in **1 Corinthians 1:10**, *"Now I beg you, brothers, through the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfected together in the same mind and in the same judgment."* Lord, we confess that our own opinions and desires have taken precedence over unity in Christ. We ask for Your Holy Spirit to convict each heart involved, softening pride and opening ears to hear one another with humility. May we seek not our own way, but what aligns with Your will, remembering that **Proverbs 15:1** warns, *"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."*
We also pray for godly wisdom in decision-making, as **James 1:5** promises, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* Father, grant discernment to prioritize what is necessary for this property to serve its purpose while honoring You. May this endeavor not become a source of bitterness but a testimony of Your provision and our unity in Christ.
We rebuke the spirit of division and strife in Jesus’ name, for **Mark 3:25** declares, *"If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand."* Instead, let Your peace rule in our hearts, as **Colossians 3:15** instructs, *"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful."* May this project draw us closer to You and to one another, reflecting the love and harmony You intend for Your people.
Lord, we also pray for Your favor over this rental property—that it would be profitable, well-managed, and a blessing to those who reside there. May it serve as a tool for Your kingdom, whether through the witness of those who live there or the resources it provides for Your work. We commit this partnership to You, asking that it be built on the foundation of Christ, not merely on financial gain.
