We lift up your husband before the throne of grace with urgency, trusting in the Great Physician who knits our bodies together and holds our lives in His hands. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine protection and healing over this precious life. You are the God who heals—Jehovah Rapha—and we claim Your promise in Exodus 15:26: *"If you diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you."*
Lord, we ask that You guide the hands of the doctors and technicians performing these tests. Give them wisdom beyond their training, clarity in their assessments, and compassion in their care. We pray against any fear or anxiety that may arise, replacing it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Father, we specifically ask that the contrast used in the CT scan would not cause harm but would instead reveal only what is necessary for his healing. Protect his body from any adverse reactions, and let every test confirm Your perfect will for his health.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in Jesus’ name, for Your Word declares in 1 Peter 2:24 that *"by his wounds you were healed."* We stand on this truth, believing that Your healing power is at work even now. Strengthen his heart, restore any weakened areas, and let every test result bring clarity and hope. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust You to bring him through this season stronger than before.
Father, we also lift up this marriage before You. Strengthen the bond between this husband and wife, that they may encourage one another in faith and stand united in prayer. Remind them of Your faithfulness in every season, and let this trial draw them closer to You and to each other. May their home be filled with Your presence, joy, and peace as they wait on You.
We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and healed. Amen.
